If I had to choose two words to describe our law firm, those words would be personal service. Personal service in that I meet with every new client, face to face, and take the time to review their case and answer every question they may have. Personal service in that I talk to every client when they call the office with questions or concerns. Personal service in that I am involved in making sure you are treated by qualified and appropriate doctors for your injury, and not doctors who waste your time or your available medical coverage. Maybe that's why so many of our clients return or refer their friends to our office over and over again. Like many of you, I moved to Florida from another state. I was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio and graduated from the University of Dayton Law School. I soon moved to Florida and joined the State Attorney's Office in Fort Myers as a Prosecutor. During my time as a Prosecutor, I handled all kinds of criminal cases, ranging from simple misdemeanors to death penalty homicides. Since then I have worked in the private sector, first with another law firm in Cape Coral, and then founding Greene & Tischler PA. In 1996. I have been married for over 30 years and have three children. My wife and I are active members and Elders at Faith Presbyterian Church in Cape Coral. My hobbies are golfing, jet skiing, traveling, and watching sports. As I mentioned earlier, our firm prides itself on personal service. But just being attentive is not enough. You also want an attorney who is qualified and experienced. Which is why it's important you select an attorney who is Board Certified by the Florida Bar in Civil Trial litigation. About 2% of lawyers in Florida are Board Certified in this field. Only Board Certified attorneys are recognized by the Florida Bar as experts or specialists in their field. I have been a Board Certified Lawyer in Civil Trial practice since 1991, after trying at least 15 jury trials, taking a comprehensive written examination and attending additional CLE courses. Altogether, I have tried about 100 jury trials. I am also a member of the Million Dollars Advocates Forum, a national organization of lawyers who have obtained a settlement or verdict of one million dollars or more. As you can imagine, there are only a handful of lawyers in SW Florida who belong to this organization.
