Eric Krupp completed his undergraduate education at Butler University with a B.A. in Telecommunications and a minor in Business Administration. He was awarded his Juris Doctorate from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in Indianapolis, Indiana. Upon successful completion of the bar exam in 2003, he began his legal career as a criminal defense attorney with the Marion County Public Defender Agency. For 15 years he was a zealous advocate for individuals in Marion County who were deemed to be indigent by the Courts. He represented clients accused of a misdemeanor, low level, and major felony crimes. For more than a decade he concentrated his practice at the agency in the defense of those accused of major felony drug crimes. During the last 2 years of his employment at the agency, he was the supervising attorney in the major felony drug and gun court. He tried numerous cases to both the Court and jury during his employment at the agency. Beginning in 2005, Eric also began engaging in the private practice of law, focusing on criminal defense. He has handled hundreds of matters over the years for individuals accused of traffic infractions, misdemeanors, felonies, and murder. He has traveled across the state of Indiana on behalf of individuals who need representation in matters that can affect their livelihood and freedom.

Larry Whitham is a partner in the law firm of Whitham & Zubek, which was established in 2002. Larry has practiced law in Indianapolis for more than 40 years. Although Larry began his career working as a staff attorney in Indianapolis City government, he has spent most of his years in private practice. From 1975 until 1999 Larry was a reservist, serving as an Assistant Staff Judge Advocate in the Unites States Air Force. Larry practices in several areas of civil law, including family law, auto accident litigation and other cases involving personal injury and wrongful death. His practice also includes real estate and zoning cases, estate planning, and estate administration. Larry is also frequently called upon to handle cases involving criminal matters. Timothy A. Rowe was born in Mansfield, Ohio. His father was a missionary in Africa and his uncle is a Lutheran minister. He graduated from the College of Emporia with a degree in Biblical Studies. He also attended the University of California Berkeley and Indiana University. He graduated with a B.A. with distinction in History and Classics from Indiana University and graduated cum laude from Indiana University School of Law, Indianapolis. He is also a graduate of Gary Spencer’s Trial College Seminars. He has been a partner in the law firm of Rowe and Hamilton for 38 years. His practice is currently concentrated in auto accident litigation, personal injury, nursing home litigation, environmental torts, civil rights, in premises liability.
