Larry Whitham | Indianapolis Accident & Injury Lawyer

Larry Whitham is a partner in the law firm of Whitham & Zubek, which was established in 2002.  Larry has practiced law in Indianapolis for more than 40 years.  Although Larry began his career working as a staff attorney in Indianapolis City government, he has spent most of his years in private practice.  From 1975 until 1999 Larry was a reservist, serving as an Assistant Staff Judge Advocate in the Unites States Air Force.

Larry practices in several areas of civil law, including family law, auto accident litigation and other cases involving personal injury and wrongful death.  His practice also includes real estate and zoning cases, estate planning, and estate administration.  Larry is also frequently called upon to handle cases involving criminal matters.

One of the things Larry is most proud of is that many of his current clients are return clients.  They are men and women who retained his legal services in the past and came to him again when circumstances warranted.  In many other instances, clients contact Larry because they have been referred by their family members or friends who have previously allowed Larry to assist them in addressing and resolving their legal issues.  Larry considers it an honor to serve families in which not only the parents, but also their children, have come to trust his advice and to seek his assistance in resolving their legal issues.

Larry prides himself in being responsive to his clients’ needs.  If he is not available to speak with you at the time of your call, he endeavors to return your call as promptly as possible.  If you decide to retain his services, he will always be committed to providing his best advice and to working hard in successfully resolving your case.
