About Ron
We at RJN Law kept hearing from clients of larger firms that while they required sophisticated advice, they were tired of the exorbitant legal bills and slow turnaround. They resented paying for printing, photocopies, and inter-office discussions between lawyers when they were already paying sizeable hourly fees. These clients wanted to know that their law firm actually cared about the problems they were facing and wanted to be part of their team. There was clearly a gap between the clients' needs and the traditional law firm model. Our aim is to close that gap.
RJN Law's unconventional model sets us apart and allows us to provide a modern approach to legal services that fit the needs of our clients. We work with clients both virtually and in person, utilizing technology to streamline the process and optimize efficiency, thereby reducing the costs to our clients.
We have had many opportunities to expand, but they all came at the cost of losing the personalized services and responsiveness that our clients expect. We have consciously decided to remain a boutique law firm.
Who hires RJN Law? Almost all our clients are referrals from other clients and from professionals who have worked with us in the past. Some of our clients even used to be on the opposing side of a past transaction--they were so impressed with the representation we were providing our clients they retained us going forward as their counsel for their future needs. From individuals to small businesses to national and multinational enterprises, we tailor our services to meet your needs.

Questions & Answers
What should clients look for in a lawyer?
In selecting an attorney it is important to find one that you "vibe" with. For the most part, you are only hiring an attorney because you are experiencing legal problems or trying to plan to avoid them. Make sure you go into that situation with any attorney you can trust, talk openly and honestly with and feel comfortable communicating with.
How important is local knowledge to the success of your cases?
Local knowledge is very important. Every court has it's own specific way of doing things and knowing this leads to more productivity with less time spent. In other words, less cost to the client.
What is the most rewarding aspect of your job?
It really is true that helping people is satisfying above all esle.
