About Ron
Mr. Pingitore is an associate in the Subrogation Department. He practices in the areas of insurance subrogation throughout a 25-state territory utilizing the services of local counsel under a special program of the Subrogation Department. He is a 1991 graduate of Pennsylvania State University and received his J.D. in 1999 from Temple University School of Law. He is currently a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and regularly attends continuing legal education seminars.
Mr. Pingitore is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey state courts, and has been admitted to appear before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He has also been admitted to practice pro hac vice in various state and federal courts, including courts located in Alabama, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Virginia, Maryland, Washington, D.C., New York, Florida, Delaware and Ohio.
Mr. Pingitore has successfully litigated numerous complex matters involving building collapses, structural failures, vehicle fires, dust processing explosions, gas explosions, utility failures, fire spread cases, transit and fire losses. His experience includes all phases of litigation through jury trial. He has also successfully handled related matters such as subrogation waivers, AIA contracts, litigation expert selection, and implied co-insured doctrines.
