Ronak Desai | Chicago Real Estate Lawyer

Ronak joined Parikh Law Group as an attorney in 2015. Since joining, Ronak has closed over four thousand real estate and business transactions and serves as the lead real estate attorney for the firm. Prior to joining PLG, Ronak attended the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign where he obtained a B.A. in Economics. He went on to attend law school at Washington University School of Law in St. Louis, Missouri and graduated in 2013. Soon after graduating Ronak worked in-house at a mid-sized company in Schaumburg, advising on various corporate and contractual matters.

As a real estate attorney, Ronak specializes his practice in residential and commercial real estate transactions. In the residential realm, he represents buyers and sellers of primary residences, investments, new construction, FSBO, and foreclosed properties. On the commercial side, Ronak represents buyers and sellers of hotels, motels, gas stations, office centers, shopping centers, vacant land parcels, restaurants, and more. His breadth of experience, real estate knowledge and legal skills are of great value to our clients during each phase of the transaction process.

Ronak currently resides in the Northwest suburbs with his wife and son. He is an avid fan of the Chicago Bulls and Bears and enjoys watching games with friends and family.
