About Ronald
Mr. Fenstermacher concentrates his practice in the areas of taxation, probate law and trusts and estates. In that capacity, he has lectured on the subjects of estate planning and administration to attorneys, paralegals, and accountants. He was awarded a Master's Degree in Taxation by the Villanova University School of Law in December 2004.
Mr. Fenstermacher is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and its Real Property, Probate & Trust and Tax Law Sections. Additionally, he is a member of the Montgomery Bar Association Probate & Tax Law Section and the Montgomery County Estate Planning Council.
Mr. Fenstermacher is an officer and member of the Board of Managers of the Pennsylvania Society of Sons of the Revolution and is a director of the Highlands Historical Society. He also serves on the Junior Committee of the Radnor Races/Racing for Open Space. Mr. Fenstermacher has served in the Pennsylvania Army National Guard and for many years was active with the First Troop Philadelphia City Cavalry. He has also been actively involved with the Radnor Hunt International Three Day Event.
Prior to joining High, Swartz LLP, Mr. Fenstermacher was a partner at the firm of Strong, Stevens & Hamilton P.C., practicing in the areas of trust and estates and taxation.
