About Ronald

Ronald G. Neiwirth is a shareholder with Fowler White Burnett's Miami office. He has been engaged in the practice of law since 1972. He chairs the firm's Creditors' Rights, Bankruptcy and Reorganization practice. His practice is diverse; it includes public and closely held companies, partnerships, bankruptcy trustees, creditors' committees and secured and unsecured creditors in a variety of contexts, including out-of-court workouts, simple and complex Chapter 11 reorganization cases, and Assignments for the Benefit of Creditors. He is also regularly involved in international transactions.

 

He is a member of the Miami-Dade County Bar Association, the Business Law Section of the Florida Bar and of the American Bar Association, the Bankruptcy Bar Association for the Southern District of Florida, the Interamerican Bar Association, the National Association of Bankruptcy Trustees, the American Bankruptcy Institute, and the International Law Section of the Florida Bar.  He is also a civil law notary, and past chairman of NACLN.
