Rosalyn W. Otieno is the founder and principal of the firm. She is an experienced litigator practicing primarily in the area of Family Law. Ms. Otieno's goal is to provide each client with excellent representation. She highly values the trust and confidence her clients place in her, and she works hard to earn it. Ms. Otieno strives to educate her clients on the legal process, and to explain clearly the steps she intends to take in their cases. She believes that this helps minimize the amount of stress and fear that some clients may experience from being involved in a lawsuit. Ms. Otieno believes that each case is unique, and that listening carefully to what the client is seeking to accomplish is crucial to achieving a good result for the individual client. Although Ms. Otieno will work toward settling a case if appropriate, she believes in trying cases where appropriate or when necessary, and works with clients to prepare them for either outcome from the inception of the case.
Ms. Otieno has been complimented by clients on her excellent communication, and she strives to ensure that her clients are never in the dark about what is happening with their matters.
