The best way to build a successful law practice is to provide high caliber legal services and provide great client services. On of the most frustrating things for clients is when they do not get a prompt return call from their lawyer, or when they are not kept informed on the status of their cases. I return all calls the same day whenever possible, and pride myself in keeping clients regularly informed as to the status of their cases. The measure of my success is that most of my clients come to me from satisfied former clients.

What should clients look for in a personal injury lawyer? Clients should make sure the lawyer they choose to represent them in a personal injury matter is experienced, and limits his or her practice to injury claims. Also, check the internet to find client reviews on the attorney. Always hire an attorney with adequate staff, which allows more attention and resources to be devoted to the clients' case.

I pride myself on preparation. Preparation is the key to success in this field. I make it my business to know my case better than my opponent, and to always out prepare him or her.

Leveling the playing field by doing battle with insurance companies and powerful corporations to get justice for my clients is one of the most rewarding aspects of my job.
