He has an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell and was selected as a Top-Rated Lawyer by Top Lawyers of North Carolina for 2014. Dudley is a frequent lecturer on legal ethics, disciplinary matters, and the interplay between civil and criminal proceedings.
