About S.
Louise Chandler was born and raised in Memphis where she attended St. Mary's Episcopal School. She received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a Minor in Art History (2005) from Millsaps College in Jackson, Miss. Louise earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law in 2009. While attending law school, she received the CALI award in Torts I. She was a member of the Moot Court Board, and a member of the Duberstein Bankruptcy Moot Court Team for 2008 and 2009. Louise participated in an externship with Judge David S. Kennedy and Judge Paulette J. Delk at the United States Bankruptcy Court in the Western District of Tennessee. She also clerked for Judge John R. McCarroll, Circuit Court Div 1. Louise is currently an associate attorney with the HF Law Group, PLLC working in areas of commercial litigation, personal injury, entertainment law, intellectual property, and medical malpractice. She is a member of the Association for Women Attorneys where she is the current newsletter chair as well as a member of the Memphis Bar Association, Tennessee Lawyer's Association for Women and the Tennessee Bar Association. Louise grew up in the Midtown area, and she and her husband, Jay Biedenharn, a Methodist minister, currently reside in Mississippi.
