- Represented purchaser of land in $2 million dispute against seller and title company regarding undisclosed restrictive covenants.
- Defended hotel owner in $8 million dispute involving corporate waste, breach of contract, and fraud claims brought by commercial lender.
- Represented purchaser of sign manufacturing business in $10 million dispute against sellers of company for failing to honor purchase agreement.
- Represented governmental taxing authority in $25 million collection dispute involving oil and gas interests.
- Represented real estate investment trust in $30 million dispute against commercial lender regarding failed lending commitment.
