Our firm dedicates itself to giving the best representation we can to clients who need counsel and litigation support for their employment issues. During my many years of practice, I have had the pleasure of helping fine, deserving people resolve their legal disputes. At this point in my career, I spend most of my time litigating and resolving wage and hour disputes that groups of employees have with their employers. However, we still take individual cases, from time to time, in the areas of wage and hour, overtime, off the clock, un-reimbursed expenses, meal periods, rest periods, labor commissioner penalties, private attorney general act claims (PAGA), misclassification (exempt or non-exempt status), discrimination, harassment, contract disputes, and other employment related areas of law.
