About Saba
Saba Husain graduated with Honors from the Western Michigan Cooley Law School in 2007. After graduation, she worked as a Staff Attorney at Central Jersey Legal Services in Trenton for three years. In 2010, she started her own practice, Saba Law, LLC, and dedicated her career to Family and immigration matters. Saba speaks and understands Urdu and Hindi.
Saba Husain is passionate about helping victims of abuse. She is a volunteer attorney at the BWLAP (Battered Women’s Legal Advocacy Program) and offers pro-bono representation on a regular basis.
She has a history of winning cases at a final restraining order hearing. She also succeeded in VAWA applications (Violence Against Women Act), as well as Special Immigrant Juvenile applications throughout the State of New Jersey.
Saba’s work as a Pool Attorney for the Office of Parental representation is an outreach effort to help clients who cannot afford to hire a lawyer to defend the allegations of child abuse against them. These allegations are filed by the DCCP (Department of Child Protection and Permanency). Working as a Pool Attorney, Saba has gained the insight and ability to defend clients with child abuse allegations, across the State of New Jersey.
