Welcome to the Law Office of Sam Blaiss.   I try to give clients options, and handle cases as efficiently, quickly and as cheaply as I can.  I will not hand your case off to a young associate or hide behind a legal secretary to screen calls.  I have over 32 years of experience in many types of cases, from real estate lawsuits about the false conditions of a house purchase, to complex child custody and divorce cases.  I have taken and won cases to the Tennessee Court of Appeals, the Tennessee Supreme Court and the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals.   I have won criminal jury trials and personal injury jury trials.  Some cases I can quote a flat fee or fixed fee, like uncontested divorces or eviction cases or foreclosures.
