About Samuel

Samuel J. Bach resides in Henderson with his wife, Melissa Dailey Bach and their three children. He has been in private practice for 12 years. Mr. Bach graduated from Bellarmine in 1988 with a degree in Business Administration.  He earned his J.D. from the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law in 1992.  He is licensed to practice in Kentucky and is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Western District of Kentucky and the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.  He currently serves as counsel for Kentucky Employers Safety Association, Crawford Claims, Underwriters Safety & Claims, Royal & SunAlliance, Bechtel Jacobs LLC, AIG, Cal-Maine Foods, Inc., Trover Foundation, Regional Medical Center, Commonwealth Health Corporation, Stewart Richey Construction Co., Jennie Stuart Medical Center, The Medical Center at Bowling Green, Parker Ford Lincoln Mercury, Family Home Health, Rivers Bend Retirement Community, Easter Seals West Ky., Inc., Sights Denim Systems, Sitex Corporation, Wells Health Care and Omico Plastics.  Mr. Bach also serves as corporate counsel for many local companies, including Airtight Insulation, Chambers Properties, Inc., Innovative Exposure, Inc., NOASH Construction, and many others.  He is a member of the Kentucky Bar Association and the Henderson Bar Association, and is on the board of directors of Involvement, Inc.  Mr. Bach's areas of practice include workers' compensation, insurance defense, corporate law, real estate, and general civil litigation.
