About Samuel

Sam Fulcher joined Naman Howell in March 2007 after practicing in Austin.  A graduate of the University of Texas School of Law, Mr. Fulcher's practice primarily focuses on civil litigation, with an emphasis on medical liability defense.  Mr. Fulcher also assists physicians in administrative law matters before the Texas Medical Board. In addition, he represents various clients in contractual disputes and other civil matters.

Raised in Belton, Mr. Fulcher has strong ties to the Central Texas community.   Mr. Fulcher and his family reside in Temple, where they are actively involved at Temple Bible Church.  Time and weather permitting, Mr. Fulcher enjoys hunting, fishing and participating in various church league sports.
