Questions & Answers

Please describe a case in the last year or two where you made a big difference.

There have been several cases where I've managed to obtain insurance coverage even when there were very strong legal and factual arguments against it. As an attorney, helping an injured client through a difficult and stressful claims process not only maximize their recovery, but actually make a recovery possible is very rewarding.

What should clients look for in a lawyer?

I am a strong believer in picking an attorney that will be upfront and honest with you from the start. Insurance claims can be very difficult and stressful. Many settlements involve medical liens and bills that must be accounted for. The insurance companies and companies defending the claim have far more resources (I know I've defended claims too).
