Mr. Lubarsky is an active member of the California Bar and has a law degree as well as a Master's degree in law. He has been in practice for over fifteen years. He has studied law in the US, Argentina, Russia, and Thailand. He currently teaches law at Cal State University East Bay. In addition, he publishes a monthly column on the topic of Immigration law and is in the process of authoring a text book for Aspen Law and Business Publishers.
