About Sandra
Sandra Alexander represents the firm's clients in the areas of commercial litigation, business and real estate transactions, corporate formation and growth, probate administration, and estate planning.In the real estate and construction areas.
Sandra has litigated contractual disputes between builders, subcontractors, suppliers, and/or homeowners, as well as construction lienforeclosure actions and claims under the Michigan Builders Trust Fund Act. Sandra has represented clients in general civil actions in state and federal courts. She has also successfully drafted, reviewed and negotiated real estate purchase documents, residential and commercial leases, and loan documents. Sandra has an active estate planning practice, to include drafting wills, trusts, and powers of attorney for financial and medical purposes.
Utilizing her knowledge of estate planning, Sandra has represented clients in probate court in guardianships, conservatorships, and will contests. She has successfully represented heirs, beneficiaries, executors and trustees in the administration of probate estates and trusts. Due to her cross-disciplined experience, Sandra is able to represent clients aggressively and meaningfully by integrating their business and estate planning objectives.
Sandra is an active member of the Chaldean community on both a personal and professional level. She has been an active member of the Chaldean American Bar Association since 2003, serving as its Secretary (2003-2004), Vice President (2004-2006) and as a Director (2007). Sandra has also been responsible for coordinating and participating in several pro bono Mobile Law Clinics and mentoring programs within the Chaldean community. She is also a member of the Chaldean Chamber of Commerce.
