About Sandra
Ms. Niemotka is a partner in the Litigation Department. She focuses her practice on workers' compensation defense.
Ms. Niemotka has particular expertise in hearing loss claims, but is known for aggressively defending a wide array of litigated claims. She also counsels clients on a regular basis in response to the day to day issues that concern workers' compensation. Ms. Niemotka has also contributed articles and has been an invited speaker for organizations such as the Pennsylvania Defense Institute and the Philadelphia Insurance Society.
Ms. Niemotka received her B.A., cum laude, from Rutgers University in 1988 and her J.D. in 1991 from Rutgers Law School. Licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, Ms. Niemotka is also admitted to appear before the United States District Courts for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the District of New Jersey. Ms. Niemotka is a member of the workers' compensation sections for the Pennsylvania Bar Association, New Jersey Bar Association and the Philadelphia Bar Association. In 2005, she was named in a survey of her peers as a Pennsylvania "Rising Star" attorney by Law & Politics magazine.
