Please describe a case in the last year or two where you made a big difference.
I represented a nurse who was charged with 10 counts felony theft and forgery. With my due diligence, motions and preparation I managed to assist the nurse in receiving no jail time. I represented a young man who was in a DUI auto accident death and charged with murder. Utilizing my expertise, tireless work ethic, and resources including experts, managed to get the murder dismissed. He received a light sentence instead of life imprisonment.
What differentiates you from other lawyers in your community?
I am a total criminal defense lawyer since 1974. I am also a certified alcohol/ drug counselor from UCLA and an addiction specialist from the Breining Institute. When dealing with me consultations are always free and you speak directly to me and not an answering service. I know all the Southern California courts and most of judges were in the District Attorney office with me in 1970.
