What information can you provide in a free phone consultation?A broad overview of the law in light of the specific case facts, a general case assessment and plan, pricing and payment information and answers to procedural and substantive questions, sometimes qualified due to a lack of information.
What information do you need in a free phone consultation?The name of the opposing party in order to complete a conflict check and basic case information.
