Scott Arthur Ball, Attorney

Highly productive and a hard worker, Scott Ball is better known as Scotty to his friends and clients. A summa cum laude graduate of North Georgia College with a major in business and finance, he is a 1993 cum laude graduate of the University of Georgia School of Law.

As a partner, Mr. Ball focuses his practice on residential and commercial real estate transactions.

Able to assist clients in all phases of real estate transactions, Mr. Ball has closed everything from a simple cash sale to multi-million dollar purchases of commercial property.

A Gainesville native, Mr. Ball is committed to being an active member of the community. He has served on the boards of the Gainesville Jaycees, the Gainesville State College Foundation and the March of Dimes. He has also been involved with the annual United Way fund drive and served as co-chair of the Law Day Committee for the Gainesville-Northeastern Bar Association. Mr. Ball is also a former member of the adjunct faculty of Gainesville State College, where he taught real estate courses for the paralegal program. He attends Lakewood Baptist Church and teaches in its "Sunday Cool" youth program. Mr. Ball is a devoted father who enjoys coaching his children on their youth athletic teams and can usually be found at the ball field when not in his office.
