SCOTT CLARK
Scott Clark joined Adams & Graham, L.L.P. in December 2000. He practices primarily in the areas of:

Mr. Clark is a partner in the firm's appellate division.
Mr. Clark was recognized in the July 2005 edition of Texas Monthly magazine as a "Rising Star of Texas Law." He has lectured and written articles on employment law, and has written an article for Texas Lawyer on mold litigation. He is also a scheduled speaker at the TexasBarCLE "Appellate Boot Camp" seminar in September 2005.
For over 4 years prior to joining the firm, Mr. Clark worked on the staff of the Texas 13th District Court of Appeals, beginning as a briefing attorney to Justice Melchor Chavez, then serving as a staff attorney and, during his last year, as Deputy Chief Staff Attorney and Lead attorney for the Edinburg, Texas, office.
He is a 1996 graduate of the University of Texas School of Law. He is admitted to practice before all Texas state courts, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas, and the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.
