Questions & Answers

Please describe a case in the last year or two where you made a big difference.

We have been successful helping clients gain more time with their children in custody cases, reduction of charges and sentencing in criminal cases, and have been successful helping every traffic client avoid points being assessed on their license.

How did you build a successful practice?

Hard work, diligent research and preparation for each case, and honesty and respect with each client.

What should clients look for in a lawyer?

Honesty, knowledge, and a feeling of respect/appreciation regardless of the situation.

How important is local knowledge to the success of your cases?

This cannot be understated. It is important to know the judges and their tendencies to properly represent each client.

What information can you provide in a free phone consultation?

We prefer our consultations to be in person.

What differentiates you from other lawyers in your community?

The ability to relate to my clients on a personal level. I also will not pander to my clients and tell them what I think they want to hear. I am honest with everyone even if the recommendation or news won't be exactly what the client wants. I approach all clients this way because of the respect I have for them as people.

What is the most rewarding aspect of your job?

Helping someone achieve the outcome they desire, and knowing they couldn't have had the same success without our assistance.

What are your other interests in addition to law?

Very interested in playing and watching sports, especially Mizzou, the St. Louis Cardinals, and St. Louis Blues. I also enjoy outdoor activities with my family.
