How did you build a successful practice?
To build a successful practice you need to understand what the client needs, be able to be creative with the opposing party, and have great communication with clients.
What should clients look for in a lawyer?
A client should look for an attorney that they feel comfortable with, someone that takes time to answer any questions they may have, without providing lofty guarantees.
What information can you provide in a free phone consultation?
We would be able to provide assistance in whether or not an attorney should be hired, possible outcomes of a case, and some basic advice as to how to proceed with a case.
What information do you need in a free phone consultation?
Contact information, any pertinent case information, i.e. police department involved, court that the case is in, what are you charged with, case number, court dates.
What differentiates you from other lawyers in your community?
I was an assistant prosecuting attorney, which gives me better knowledge, and insight to both sides of a criminal case.
