Scott J. Horenstein is a life long resident of Vancouver. He is the founder of the Scott Horenstein Law Firm.  Scott's practice emphasizes domestic relations. He advises and represents his clients on dissolution of marriage, child custody, parenting plans, support, visitation rights, domestic violence, restraining orders, paternity actions and adoptions. Scott also represents unmarried persons in property settlements and paternity actions with their domestic partners.  He assists in obtaining the services of outside professionals and experts when needed concerning financial and tax issues as they relate to family law matters.  Scott has extensive experience with prenuptial and postnuptial agreements.
