Mr. Malyk also represents self-petitioning foreign nationals seeking investment opportunities in the U.S. as well as those seeking National Interest Waiver approval. In addition, Mr. Malyk represents outstanding scientific researchers, medical professionals, foreign legal consultants and other foreign nationals with extraordinary abilities in the sciences, arts, education, business, or athletics, who wish to come to the U.S. to work in their field of expertise. He was recently selected by New Jersey Super Lawyers Magazine as one of the "Top Young Lawyers in New Jersey". Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Malyk worked for a prominent New Jersey law firm specializing in commercial and business litigation. Prior to his time as a litigation attorney, Mr. Malyk served as the Law Clerk for the Honorable Sebastian P. Lombardi, Superior Court of New Jersey.
