introduction
Mr. Morrisson's main area of practice is civil litigation, including employment, insurance, business, corporate, and tort litigation. His practice also focuses on arbitration. Mr. Morrisson has served as lead counsel on numerous jury trials, bench trials, preliminary injunction hearings and arbitrations, in the state and federal courts of Indiana, and throughout the country. Mr. Morrisson is currently the Litigation Practice Group Chair for Krieg DeVault LLP.
