Attorney Bartkus is a graduate of the Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University, in addition to holding a Master’s in Business Administration from DeSales University and a Bachelors of Arts from East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania.
He is admitted to the Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and District of Columbia Bars, United States District Court Eastern District of Pennsylvania as well as admitted to practice in front of the United States Tax Court in Washington, DC.

He lectures frequently to audiences about tax issues, asset protection, and legal developments as they impact businesses in today’s economic environment.
