I usually charge a flat rate for resolving a criminal case without needing a trial or suppression hearing. That flat fee is contingent on whether it is a misdemeanor or a felony. Misdemeanors typically range between $1000-2500, depending on if its a Class A or not. Class A misdemeanors have stiffer penalties and may have extra hearings, so it depends on the case. Felonies typically range between $3500-10,000, depending on the case. Obviously the more severe the felony is the more I charge because more is at stake, such as possible prison time, sex offender registry, etc. I offer a free consultation so we can discuss your objectives and decide what the best strategy is and how much time and resources I need to put into your case to accomplish your objectives. I have two full time paralegals that assist me in investigation, evidence gathering, and trial prep. I can utilize them to keep your costs down and help me be more accessible to my clients.
