Sean Chandra is a zealous advocate committed to protecting the legal rights of his clients. A native of Southern California, Mr. Chandra received his Bachelor's degree from the University of California at Santa Cruz and his law degree from the University of California, Hastings College of Law, in San Francisco. Mr. Chandra focused his legal scholarship on trial advocacy, comparative constitutional law, and tax law.

Because he relishes fighting for the underdog, Mr. Chandra chooses to represent individuals battling powerful institutions. His clientele consists largely of homeowners, tenants, small business owners, consumers, debtors, and individuals accused of crimes.

Mr. Chandra specializes in defending homeowners from unjust foreclosure via litigation in California state and federal courts. He has successfully sued lenders and loan servicers, such as Citigroup, US Bank, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems (MERS), and Aurora Loan Services, among others. His success stems from approaching every case from a new angle. When his lawsuits land on a judge's desk, they stand out from the typical foreclosure lawsuits that judges see every day. This approach gives his clients a better chance of saving their homes.

Mr. Chandra has extensive experience in education law, consumer fraud litigation, tenants' rights, employment law, and other areas of law that directly impact the lives of his clients.

Mr. Chandra also regularly volunteers his time to A New Way Of Life, a nonprofit organization that helps former criminal offenders to reintegrate into society, so that they are less likely to reoffend.
