When I was young, I never knew what I wanted to do with my career, other than help people. As a personal injury lawyer, I get to do that every day and it is the most fulfilling job I have ever done. I have handled numerous cases involving, among other things, medical negligence, premises liability, car accidents, trip and falls, business disputes, wrongful death, and federal tort claim act claims. I have handled numerous medical malpractice matters which have resulted in six and seven-figure settlements for my clients. Recently, I resolved a wrongful death/medical malpractice matter where the total settlement value of the case exceeded $1.4 million. I have been recognized for my work on behalf of injured Floridians by having been placed on Florida Trend Magazine’s Legal Elite List and have been awarded rising star status by Thomson Reuters’ Super Lawyers list. I am also active in the Tampa Bay community. I presently serve as the Chairman of the board of directors for a Tampa based non-profit, Wheels for Success. I have served on that board for five years. Wheels of Success is an organization that provides transportation in the form of donated cars to persons who have a job but cannot afford to purchase a car to get there. I was also a past board member of the Young Lawyer Board for the Florida Justice Association where I assisted in the FJA's activities of fighting for the rights of injured Floridians. I was a member of the Cheatwood Inn of Court from 2010-2011 and 2013-2016 and am presently a member of the Wm Reece Smith, Jr. Litigation Inn of Court.

Corey Pollard is the managing partner of Jenkins Block & Associates‘ Richmond office and heads the Virginia Workers’ Compensation department of the firm. Mr. Pollard focuses his practice on representing individuals who have suffered injuries at work or through the fault of others, including car accident, motorcycle wreck, construction accident, medical malpractice and wrongful death cases. While in college, Mr. Pollard was a member of Sigma Alpha Epsilon (SAE) fraternity. Mr. Pollard obtained his J.D. with honors from the University of Richmond School of Law. While in law school, Mr. Pollard was selected as a member of the Richmond Journal of Law and the Public and Interest. He was also selected as member of the school’s Client Counseling & Negotiation Board after winning the Environmental Negotiation Competition in 2007. Prior to joining Jenkins Block & Associates, Mr. Pollard worked as an insurance defense attorney where he gained valuable experience and training while representing many of the nation’s largest employers and insurance carriers. Now he uses that experience to represent individuals who sustained personal injuries and disability and to fight back against insurance companies and their tactics. Mr. Pollard’s wife, Leigh, is a Human Resources Manager who provides “real world” advice and insight on employment and labor law matters. The Pollards have two children, Knox and Rivers, who keep them busy and running around, and a 5-pound dog named Simba. They are members of Bon Air Baptist Church. In his spare time, Mr. Pollard enjoys spending time with his family, going to the beach, and playing pickup basketball and golf. When he is in the mood for punishment, he roots for his favorite football team, the Washington Redskins.

Ted has been with The Oshman Firm since 1988. He has over 25 years of experience in Medical Device and Drug Product Liability, Personal Injury Litigation, Medical Malpractice Litigation, and Commercial Disputes. Mr. Oshman received his undergraduate degree in Biology from the University of Rochester. Following in the footsteps of his older brother Matthew, he obtained his Juris Doctorate from Brooklyn Law School. Ted serves on the Board of Directors of multiple charitable foundations and religious not-for-profit organizations. He is active in sustainable business ventures throughout the country and in international markets. He also serves as Officer and Director of an educational, not-for-profit organization and supports organizations such as Greenpeace and the Alzheimer’s Association. My name is Tej Singh - I am the founder of Tej Law Firm, PLLC in Texas and Tej Law Firm, PC in California. I started this firm in December 2020 with one goal: to help real people with real problems. I am a proud Aggie and graduated from Texas A&M University in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and a minor in Business Administration. I graduated from the University of San Diego School of Law with Honors in 2016. I am fully licensed and serve clients in both Texas and California and have thus am able to represent clients in both states. In my career thus far, I am fortunate to have already worked in diverse legal environments, spanning from firms of varying sizes to varying legal subspecialities. I am fortunate to have a diverse spectrum of prior experiences that I now apply at my firm. I built relationships with Workers’ Compensation Insurance Companies and the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Court Judges and learned the Workers’ Compensation system from the perspective of the Defense. After passing the California Bar Exam, I decided to challenge myself to also pass the Texas Bar Exam so that I could serve as legal counsel in Texas for my family. After I was granted admission to the Texas State Bar, I moved to Texas and practiced as a defense attorney in areas of employment law, Texas Dram Shop Law, personal injury, medical malpractice, and Texas windstorm insurance. Before starting my own firm, I worked at a plaintiff’s firm focusing on wage and hour disputes as well as medical malpractice claims. My main practice area is Employment law including wage and hour claims and California Workers' Compensation claims. In California, I represent clients that have been injured at work with their Workers’ Compensation claims. I know how the Defense thinks, and I know what to anticipate in their legal strategies. I work closely with my clients, as part of a team, to ensure that my clients’ rights are protected after an injury or ailment developed in the workplace. We will work together to make sure that you receive proper medical treatment, fair compensation for time missed from work, compensation for any loss in future earnings, and future medical treatment. I also handle Wills and Estate Planning in Texas. My goal is to ensure that my clients maintain peace of mind knowing that all their necessary legal documents are prepared and valid, with all assets accounted for, in the case of an emergency or the unfortunate passing of a family member.

Todd C. Barsumian has been named a Super Lawyer in the field of Plaintiff's Personal Injury by Super Lawyers Magazine since 2018. In 2017 he became the recipient of America's Top 100 Attorneys Lifetime Achievement Award. Prior to turning 40, he was named a Rising Star by Super Lawyers on multiple occasions. Todd has also been selected to The National Trial Lawyers Association: Top 40 under 40 and The National Trial Lawyers Association has since been named Todd a “Top 100 Civil Plaintiff’s Attorney”. When the insurer balked at paying much more than the man's medical expenses, they took the case to trial in Princeton and recovered their client’s full policy limits, roughly twice what had been offered. Todd has served as the Chair of Medical Review Panels in the past, but now represents victims of medical malpractice before the Indiana Department of Insurance and in courts in Indiana and Kentucky. He also routinely handles serious injuries caused by car accidents, truck accidents, slip and falls, and nursing home negligence, as well as wrongful death claims.
