After receiving his bachelor's degree in finance from Loyola College, Ron Miller attended University of Baltimore School of Law, graduating magna cum laude. While at the University of Baltimore, Ron was chosen as the Executive Editor of the University of Baltimore Law Review and was elected to the Heuisler Honor Society. Ron''s practice initially focused on the representation of pharmaceutical companies, handling cases around the country for companies such as Bayer and GlaxoSmithKline. Preferring to represent individual victims as opposed to big companies, Ron now puts to use the experience he gained in representing big companies to work exclusively for serious injury victims in motor vehicle accident, products liability and medical malpractice cases. His client list has included Michael Strahan of the New York Giants (and now Live with Kelly and Michael), David Meggett of the New England Patriots, and victims of the Columbine massacre in Denver, Colorado. Ron is also a Professor at the University of Baltimore School of Law, instructing in Insurance Law and Sports Law for the last 19 years. His practice now focuses on representing personal injury clients in Maryland that have been injured as the result of an auto, motorcycle or truck accident, defective product, or by medical malpractice, obtaining millions of dollars for his clients in settlements and trial verdicts.

Joel L. Piedra is a senior associate and manager of The Pendas law Firm Orlando office. He joined The Pendas Law Firm in 2009. JUAN L. ICAZA, was born in Cuba in 1965. He and his family came to America in 1971 and resided in New York City. He graduated from Seton Hall University and Seton Hall Law School. Mr. Icaza then joined the Newark firm of Bross, Strickland, Cary & Grossman as an associate and rose to become its managing partner at the age of 29. He and Robert R. Cary formed the firm of Cary & Icaza in 1996 and in 2009 renamed the firm to Icaza & Burgess maintaining a relationship with Robert Cary as office counsel. Emily opened a solo law practice in Las Vegas in 2003. Byron A. Bilicki is the firm's founder and managing shareholder. Mr. Bilicki's 20 years experience includes trials and appeals involving patents, trademarks, trade secrets, false advertising, and unfair competition. His patent prosecution experience has covered diverse fields such as medical devices, optical equipment, consumer products, automotive and heavy-duty truck parts, ultrasonic transducers, and computer technology and software. He has also litigated high-stakes patent and trademark cases involving well-known marks, as well as trademark opposition and cancellation proceedings in the United States Patent and Trademark Office. In addition to litigation, Mr. Bilicki has done extensive work in IP due diligence and licensing. He also regularly advises clients as to patent infringement and validity issues and the availability of trademarks for registration and use.
