Tyler carries the tradition of law in the Young family into the next generation – and very successfully. After finishing his baseball career at Utah Valley State College (now U.V.U.) in 2000, graduating from University of Utah in 2002, Tyler moved on to study law at Oklahoma City University. In 2006, he received his J.D. and brought back his experience to Utah where he has since helped hundreds of personal injury clients receive the settlements they deserve. Tyler was selected as one of Utah’s top 40 trial lawyers under 40, which evidences his drive and dedication to serve his clients to every extent of the law. He has also been a major contributor to charitable and legal organizations. He currently serves on the Board of the Utah Association for Justice (formerly known as the Utah Trial Lawyers Association), where he serves on the amicus committee and membership committee. He is also a Commissioner Elect on the Utah State Bar Commission (which manages the affairs of the Utah Bar Association). He continues to give back to the community through his involvement in the Springville Rotary Club where he was President from 2011 to 2012, and occasionally, as time allows, coaching high school baseball.

​Andrew A. Iacobelli is an attorney admitted to practice law in the State of Florida, Michigan, Texas and the Province of Ontario. Andrew is also admitted to practice in the United States Federal Courts, and the United States Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeal. Andrew obtained his Juris Doctor degree (cum laude) from Michigan State University, and was the recipient of a merit scholarship. While attending law school, Andrew was a publications manager and editor with the Michigan State University Journal of International Law, and was also a member of the Michigan State Moot Court and Advocacy Board. Andrew commenced his professional career with a judicial clerkship with the Honorable Gerald Lostracco at the 35th Circuit Court of Michigan, and then joined a preeminent medical malpractice insurance defense firm in North Palm Beach, Florida. In this capacity, Andrew obtained experience in complex litigation defending physicians and hospitals. Andrew expanded on this experience by joining one of the largest and most distinguished law firms in the State of Florida at their West Palm Beach office. Andrew litigated with a nationally recognized trial practice involved in the representation of primarily insurance companies, medical providers and large corporations in the defense of claims involving serious personal injury, wrongful death, and insurance bad faith. Andrew obtained extensive experience handling complex liability cases, usually involving damages exposure of several millions of dollars. After becoming increasingly frustrated because his efforts were being used to minimize or defeat victims' claims, Andrew dedicated his career to helping ordinary people achieve justice following a serious injury. Andrew restricts his practice to the representation of personal injury victims in claims involving serious injuries and wrongful death from auto accidents, premises liability and medical malpractice. Timothy A. Rowe was born in Mansfield, Ohio. His father was a missionary in Africa and his uncle is a Lutheran minister. He graduated from the College of Emporia with a degree in Biblical Studies. He also attended the University of California Berkeley and Indiana University. He graduated with a B.A. with distinction in History and Classics from Indiana University and graduated cum laude from Indiana University School of Law, Indianapolis. He is also a graduate of Gary Spencer’s Trial College Seminars. He has been a partner in the law firm of Rowe and Hamilton for 38 years. His practice is currently concentrated in auto accident litigation, personal injury, nursing home litigation, environmental torts, civil rights, in premises liability.

Ted Whittenburg has 22 years of litigation experience and specializes in helping those who have suffered personal injuries as the result of other’s negligence. Donald is orginally from Chicago, Illinois. He is 2003 graduate of Mississippi State University (MSU). He received his Masters in Public Policy Administration from MSU in 2005, and went on to earn his law degree from the University of Wyoming College of Law in 2009. Donald's practice areas are criminal defense, including felonies, misdemeanors, DWIs and other motor vehicle violations. Donald is also contract public defender for the state of Connecticut, where he handles child support contempt defense and modifications. He also has experience handling personal injury matters, including motor vehicle accidents and slip-and-falls. He is admitted to practice before the Connecticut state courts as well as the U.S. District Court, District of Connecticut, and Connecticut's Bankruptcy Courts. Donald is a member of the Cawford Bar Association, and Connecticut Bar Association. Craig Post has been practicing as a personal injury litigator since 1985, having gained substantial experience in New York City law firms before moving up to Rockland County to better serve the greater metropolitan area. Mr. Post fights for victims of personal injury throughout New York and New Jersey.
