Patrick Dylan Witherington has been practicing law for 18 years. As the founder and principal of Witherington Injury Law, he devotes his time and resources to helping people in his area who have suffered an injury or loss. A lifetime resident of Nashville, Patrick received his law degree from the University of Tennessee and is active with the Nashville Bar Association, where he served on the board of the young lawyer's division. In 2011, he made the decision to leave a large law firm to focus on representing real people instead of insurance companies and big corporations. Patrick treats his clients with respect and empathy because he understands that most people are not experienced in dealing with lawyers and insurance companies. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two children.

Attorney James E. Harris always knew that he was destined to become a lawyer. Growing up in Nebraska, he looked up to his father, who was also an attorney, and dreamed that he would one day be able to follow in his footsteps by running his own law firm. In 1975, Jim earned his Bachelor’s Degree and continued on to earn his M.B.A. in 1977 — receiving both degrees from Arizona State University. Soon after graduating with his M.B.A., Jim returned to his home state to pursue his lifelong dream of becoming an attorney. Since earning his J.D. from Creighton University School of Law in 1979, Jim has been serving the legal communities in and around Omaha, Nebraska. Today, he is a recognized, board-certified civil trial advocate through the National Board of Trial Advocacy — serving Omaha and the surrounding areas of Douglas, Sarpy, Dodge, and Lancaster counties. Through his many years of practice, he has come to enjoy aggressively pursuing justice for his clients, even if it means going to court. Being a second-generation lawyer is what makes me passionate about my work. Being able to provide legal guidance for my local communities makes me proud to serve the people I work for. Eric Staton lived in Illinois until he was in the second grade, then in Spring, Texas, until his junior year in high school. His family moved to Littleton, Colorado in 1990, where he finished high school at Heritage High School. After high school, Eric studied English and Philosophy in Regis University, so the practice of Law appealed to him because he wanted a career that utilized his strengths in writing and analytical thinking. Eric studied Law at Rutgers School of Law. Born and raised in New Orleans, attorney John W. Redmann is the son of William V. Redmann, a respected judge on Louisiana’s 4th Circuit Court of Appeal, and comes from a family with a rich tradition in legal practice. Through his work, John Redmann extends his forebears’ tradition of legal representation and service to the state he calls home and the United States for nearly three decades. Attorney Redmann has practiced in New Orleans since graduating from Loyola University Law School in 1989, and he has since established his firm as a leader in Louisiana personal injury law. Alan C. Shafner was born and raised in Denver, Colorado. He graduated from the University of Colorado with Distinction in 1975, and received his law degree from The Houston College of Law, Houston, Texas in 1978. After graduating from law school, Alan was a trial attorney for the Jefferson County District Attorney’s Office in Golden, Colorado from 1979 through June 1983. During this time, Alan was the lead prosecutor on several high profile felony cases, including murder and sexual assault cases. In 1983, Alan joined the law firm of Fogel, Keating and Wagner as an associate, and later became a named partner. After 28 successful years, Alan opened his own personal injury law firm. In 2011, The Law Offices of Alan C. Shafner was formed, serving a variety of personal injury litigation cases.

Mr. Vowell is an accomplished lawyer that has extensive legal experience in Family and Criminal matters. He is currently an attorney at Taylor Law Partners in Fayetteville, Arkansas. In addition to his legal experience, he is active in several different associations including the Arkansas Bar Association, American Bar Association, Carroll County Bar Association, and the Washington County Bar Association.
