A seventh-generation Philadelphian, Attorney Quincy E. Booth has a tremendous amount of care and resolve towards helping people from the local community and beyond in need of legal help and representation. Mr. Booth is committed to protecting the interests of individuals that have been injured or suffered a loss, and as a champion for people’s rights and a professional dedicated to service, he has prided himself on being an honorable advocate. After graduating from Drexel University, Mr. Booth spent five years in corporate America in the telecommunications industry at a Fortune 10 company and enjoyed great success and visibility as a top business developer. Mr. Booth attended University of Pittsburgh School of Law where he was involved with several student organizations as well as social organizations geared to helping underserved and underrepresented neighborhoods, including the Black Law Students Association and Community Empowerment and Action Agency. In 2014 he was chosen to be a Fellow for the Marshall Brennan Constitutional Literacy program where law students taught high school students about important constitutional issues and trained their students on oral advocacy in preparation for a national moot court competition in Washington, D.C. Quincy E. Booth is a licensed attorney in Pennsylvania and New Jersey state courts where he maintains active memberships with the Barristers, American Association for Justice, Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association, Philadelphia Bar Association, and the Pennsylvania Association for Justice. He is also admitted to practice before the Eastern District of Pennsylvania federal court. A consummate supporter of his local community, Mr. Booth has been an Assistant Troop Leader for Boy Scout Troop 133 at the African Episcopal Church of St. Thomas in Philadelphia, and currently serves as both the Vice President and as a member of the Board of Directors for the Camden Center for Youth Development in Camden, NJ. Mr. Booth has and continues to represent victims of personal injury and wrongful death lawsuits arising from unsafe/ defective products, automobile accidents, construction injuries and other workplace accidents, and medical malpractice. He is also passionate in representing Estate clients with their family affairs either before an end-of-life event or after losing a loved one. Mr. Booth has secured millions of dollars in settlements and awards on behalf of his personal injury clients and has ushered countless families through the estate planning and administration process.

Mr. Reynolds was educated at Morehouse College in Atlanta, GA, where he graduated with honors before attending law school at Columbia University in New York, one of the highest ranked programs in the country. After graduating law school, Mr. Reynolds went on to practice at some of the world's most prestigious international law firms including Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney (Pittsburgh), Dechert (Philadelphia), and most recently King & Spalding (Atlanta). His experience at these firms provided him with invaluable insight and deal flows totaling over $3 Billion dollars worth of transaction experience. In addition to his background in corporate law, Mr. Reynolds has also had the privilege of working with one of the most successful brands in the entertainment business, Universal Music Group, where he had the opportunity to learn the ins and outs of the music and film industry as a label executive of Global Icon Media, and distribution partner of Universal Music Group. Today, Mr. Reynolds is proud to have established his own firm dedicated to helping the clients he wants to work with, who need his help, and will benefit from his experience and passion for the law.

Born and raised in Northern California, Mona Deldar obtained her Bachelor’s degree with Honors from the University of California, Berkeley. After an internship at a personal injury law firm, Ms. Deldar was inspired to apply to law school. She attended the University of San Francisco School of Law where she was a member of the Maritime Law Journal. She received her Juris Doctorate degree in 2003. Ms. Deldar’s practice is dedicated to representing injured plaintiffs in a broad range of catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death cases. She enjoys helping people who otherwise would not have the means to go up against the insurance companies and takes pride in offering effective representation with no out-of-pocket fees charged to her clients. Jon Starr has tried more 120 cases to jury verdict in Oklahoma. He maintains a civil litigation practice, with a focus on claims involving auto negligence, personal injury defense, business disputes, construction, employment practices, bad faith, medical malpractice, product liability, and professional negligence. Mr. Starr has made oral argument before the the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit and also works as a mediator and arbitrator with Dispute Resolution Institute (DRC). He is an accomplished writer and speaker on insurance defense topics, and has served as president of the Oklahoma Association of Defense Counsel.

Mark Wolfe is a partner with Boteler Richardson Wolfe – Injury Lawyers in Mobile, Alabama. Since 1987, Mark has worked specifically in the area of personal injury law, with particular expertise in wrongful death, motor vehicle crash cases, on the job injuries, defective products and life insurance claims. He has successfully litigated hundreds of personal injury cases to verdict and recovered millions of dollars on behalf of his clients. Mark received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in 1983 from the University of Alabama, followed by his Juris Doctorate from the University of Alabama School Of Law. They have two daughters (Lesley and Alli) and one son (Mitchell).

Danielle is an associate attorney at Sgro & Roger, representing clients in a range of personal injury, criminal, and family law matters. She is devoted to helping her clients obtain the most favorable outcome in the resolution of their cases. Danielle joins the firm after completing a judicial clerkship with the Honorable Eric Johnson in Department XX of the Eighth Judicial District Court. During her term, she assisted the Court render decisions in various civil and criminal matters. She also gained invaluable trial experience working on medical malpractice, wrongful death, catastrophic injury, and felony cases.

Spencer Peck is the founder and principal attorney at Peck Law Corporation. He has settled millions for his clients in personal injury and elder abuse matters. As an attorney, Mr. Peck has been known to fiercely litigate against insurance companies holding parties responsible until justice is served for his clients.
