Justine grew up in the small farming town of Woodland, California. She stayed in the area for college, graduating from the University of California, Davis with a B.A. in Anthropology in 2013. In addition to scholarships and grants, Justine funded her undergraduate education with her job as a student bus driver. After graduating, Justine attended the University of Kansas School of Law on a full-tuition scholarship. While in law school, Justine excelled academically – earning election into the Order of the Coif, the 2016-2017 Robert E. Edmunds Prize in Corporation and Securities Law, the CALI Award in Secured Transactions for Spring 2017, and the CALI Award in Trusts and Estates for Spring 2017. Justine also participated in the 2017 Transactional LawMeet, in which her team won the Midwest Regionals, advanced to the National Finals, and won the National Best Draft Award. She also served as a Publications Editor for the Kansas Journal of Law & Public Policy and as a research assistant for J.B. Smith Distinguished Professor of Constitutional Law, Richard E. Levy. In addition to her academic pursuits, Justine worked as a judicial extern for the Honorable James. P. O’Hara, United States District Court, District of Kansas, and as an elder law intern with Kansas Legal Services. She also worked as a summer law clerk for Hill’s Pet Nutrition, Inc. and a general practice law firm in Lawrence, Kansas. Justine moved to the Tri-Cities shortly after law school graduation, joining her husband who works for the railroad. She joined Leavy Schultz Davis, P.S. in the fall of 2017 as a litigation associate after successfully passing the Washington State Bar Exam.

Thomas was born and raised in Cherry Valley, Illinois. He attended Western Illinois University where he received his Bachelor’s in Law Enforcement and Justice Administration. Thomas went on to attend law school at Southern Illinois University School of Law where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. During law school, Thomas was on the Board of Editors for the Journal of Legal Medicine and the President of the Healthcare Transactions Team. After graduating law school, Thomas began his legal career as an Assistant State’s Attorney with the Winnebago County State’s Attorney’s Office. Thomas joined the firm in 2017. He is currently a member of the Winnebago County Bar Association and the Illinois State Bar Association.

Chukwudi M. Chigewe is a practicing lawyer in the state of New Mexico. Attorney Chigewe received his J.D. from the Thomas M. Cooley School of Law in 2014.

Attorney Charles Needle has been a practicing lawyer since 1963. In 2018, he joined Needle Cuda as “Of Counsel”. Attorney Needle was a founder of the distinguished Connecticut Law firm of Zeldes, Needle & Cooper and has been a well-known force throughout the State of Connecticut for more than five decades in the areas of Commercial and Real Estate Law. Attorney Needle graduated from Yale School of Law with an L.L.B. in 1963 and from Harvard College with a B.A., Cum Laude, in 1959. He also holds a M.A.T. from Wesleyan University. Attorney Needle is a former President of the Harvard Club of Southern Connecticut, has been on its Board of Directors and has served as its Schools Committee Chairman for many years, and is Secretary of his Yale Law School Class. Attorney Needle, who at one time was a candidate for the State Senate of Connecticut and has served on numerous boards of committees in the commercial law area. At Needle Cuda, Attorney Needle devotes a substantial amount of his time to evaluating marital estates, developing a roadmap to settlement of cases — particularly those with complex business valuations, elaborate trusts, and extensive real estate holdings). He generally advises the firm on courses of action to pursue to provide clients with sensitive and quality representation during the divorce and post-divorce process.

Born in and raised in south-central Pennsylvania, Isaac has spent his entire education here: graduating from Gettysburg High School, then Harrisburg Area Community College with an associate’s degree in the arts of paralegal studies, and following up with Central Penn Collage obtaining a bachelor’s degree in legal studies. He finished his education at Widener University Commonwealth Law School. While in law school, Isaac successfully completed the business advising program and obtained a business advising certificate. While pursuing his education, Isaac interned at the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections, the Dauphin County Bar Association, and the Adams County Public Defender’s Office. Isaac is admitted to practice law before the courts of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as well as in the Federal District Courts for the Eastern, Middle, and Eastern Districts of Pennsylvania. Isaac enjoys hiking, gardening, Washington Commanders football, and catching Baltimore Orioles games.

Chuck Douglas is a practicing lawyer in the state of Georgia. He received his J.D. from Georgia State University. He currently works for his privately owned firm of Wakhisi-Douglas, LLC.
