Ms. Burnett is a trial attorney who concentrates her practice in representing people who have been injured as a result of professional negligence, including nursing home abuse and medical malpractice. She is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and was named a Partner in the firm in 2012. Ms. Burnett received a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and French in 1996 from the College of Charleston in Charleston, South Carolina. She graduated magna cum laude. She received a Juris Doctor degree in 2001 from the University of South Carolina in Columbia, South Carolina, receiving multiple academic honors and distinctions. After law school, Ms. Burnett served as a law clerk to the Honorable G. Ross Anderson, Jr. in United States District Court in Anderson, South Carolina. Ms. Burnett began her private practice handling the defense of a variety of claims in both federal and state court, focusing her practice in the defense of nursing home abuse claims. In 2007, Ms. Burnett left her practice to join our firm to represent victims of nursing home abuse and medical malpractice.

Mr. Flaherty joined Keches Law Group, P.C. in 2004 with a background in the construction industry. He is a former member of the Local 7 Steel and Ironworkers Union. Sean received his bachelor's degree summa cum laude from Quinnipiac University. While at Quinnipiac University, Mr. Flaherty was named to the Phi Beta Kapa International Honor Society. He earned his law degree from New England School of Law and is admitted to practice law in Massachusetts.Before joining Keches Law Group, P.C., Mr. Flaherty interned with the Norfolk County District Attorney's Office.

Noble McIntyre was born in Fargo, North Dakota in 1970. In 1971 his family moved to a small town in western Oklahoma called Burns Flat. After graduating as Valedictorian from high school in 1988 and as just 1 of 100 Oklahoma Academic All-Staters in the entire state, Noble attended Oklahoma Baptist University where he graduated with honors and a degree in Accounting with a minor in Business. After graduating from OBU in 1992, he then attended the University of Oklahoma College of Law and received his juris-doctorate degree in May 1995. He passed the Oklahoma Bar Exam in July 1995 and was sworn in as an attorney September 1995. He joined a local firm and was named a partner in the firm one year later. After several years as a partner, Noble formed McIntyre Law P.C. which focuses on representing severely injured clients across Oklahoma as well as nationally in connection with his Mass Tort Practice. Noble is married to Rhonda McIntyre. They recently celebrated their 26th anniversary. They have 3 daughters: Mackenzie Hope, Cassidy Grace and Kennedy Faith.
