Karl joined the Firm in 2004. He has published articles and has given numerous ICLE lectures in his short tenure. His areas of expertise include Creditor/Debtor's Rights, Bankruptcy, Guardianships, Foreclosure Law, Civil Litigation, Real Estate/Real Property and out of court workouts. He has extensive experience handling all aspects of debtor/creditor's rights, both in the New Jersey State and Federal Courts. In addition to prosecuting foreclosure cases for both private as well institutional lenders, he has also handled many contested foreclosures for Debtors, which often results in loan modifications and/or forbearance agreements and Deeds in Lieu of foreclosure. Mr. Norgaard effectively and efficiently resolves disputes between the parties with a common sense approach of analyzing the client's legal exposure and rights while always seeking to find an amicable resolution as soon as possible in an effort to curtail needless litigation.

Charles Tyler Sr. is a compassionate, dedicated attorney with his office located downtown Akron, Ohio. He focuses his practice in the areas of family law and bankruptcy. Sheri D. Coover, Esquire, brings a wealth of experience to her legal practice, having transitioned from public service at the Cumberland County Courthouse to a career in law while raising four children. If you ask her, Connie-Ann will tell you, “Family Law found me” and she took to it just like a duck to water. Originally from Johannesburg, South Africa, Connie-Ann came to Texas in 1977. When she graduated Cum Laude from Stratford High School, she still had every intention of following in her father’s footsteps and becoming a surgeon. As a result, Connie-Ann was “pre-med” when she arrived at Brandeis University. She spent much time there on the Charles River and became the stroke of the varsity 4+ and eventually the coach of their novice women’s crew team for a semester. Connie-Ann also sang at the coffee house, played guitar, trumpet and piano in various bands, chamber groups and pit orchestras and trained to be an EMT. Shane M. Boasberg was born and raised in New Orleans, LA and moved to the Lone Star State to attend The University of Texas in Austin, TX. After receiving undergraduate degrees in Government and Business from the University of Texas in Austin, TX; Mr. Boasberg attended South Texas College of Law in Houston, TX. While attending law school, Shane worked as a law clerk for the prestigious law firm of Gallagher, Lewis, Downey, and Kim. During this time, he gained experience in legal and appellate research and writing and trial preparation working on the largest commercial litigation civil settlements recorded in United States jurisprudence history. Shane graduated from South Texas College of Law in 2002 and immediately made an impact in the legal field. He began his career at Heard, Robins, Cloud, Lubel, and Greenwood LLP in Houston, and in 2003, he returned to Austin, TX, to serve as General Counsel to the Honorable Senator Mario Gallegos at the Texas Senate. In this role, Shane’s legal acumen and drafting skills were put to the test as he provided legal advice, prepared opinions, bill analyses, briefs, and drafted bills and amendments for legislative consideration, serving the citizens of Texas with distinction. Following his tenure with Senator Gallegos, Shane worked for the Texas Office of the Attorney General-Greg Abbott where he worked on a variety of legal and political issues. Shane represented TxDOT in litigating and resolving contractual, construction, licensing, and engineering disputes in the State Office of Administrative Hearings (SOAH).
