After retiring from the US Army in 2009, Mr. Farmer, never one to rest on his laurels, decided to pursue a second career as an advocate. Earning his Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies under the GI Bill at the University of Maryland, Mr. Farmer went on to earn his Juris Doctorate from Concord Law School in 2013, becoming a member of the California State Bar in 2015. While his military career took him all over the world, Mr. Farmer grew up in Texas, and when the time came to decide where to begin his legal career, he settled close to his roots, starting a practice in Lawton, OK, and eventually expanding to an additional office in Oklahoma City, where he currently lives. Since that time, Mr. Farmer has been defending the rights of those who find themselves at a disadvantage when faced with legal issues. ​Working in the federal court system, Mr. Farmer is admitted to practice and represents clients in the federal courts of the Western, Eastern, and Northern Districts of Oklahoma and the Northern and Eastern Districts of Texas. A member of the California State Bar, he is also admitted to practice and has represented clients in Immigration Court, before the Social Security Administration, in the Comanche Nation Tribal Court, Chickasaw Nation Court, Seminole Nation Court, and the Veteran's Administration. ​An avid golfer, Mr. Farmer enjoys spending his free time outdoors, either on the golf course or exploring Oklahoma with his family.

Henry’s office is located in Philadelphia. He was born and raised in Philadelphia, is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania, and received his J.D. from Duquesne University School of Law in 1995. Henry was a law clerk for the Honorable Brenda J. Hollar in the Territorial Court of US Virgin Islands. He has also successfully organized, owned and operated several small businesses. Prior to starting his law firm, Henry spent five years working as a consumer advocate at Community Legal Services of Philadelphia — one of the oldest, most prestigious and effective providers of non-profit legal services in the country. While there, Henry spent countless hours saving consumers’ homes from Sherriff’s Sale by obtaining Loan Modifications and filing Chapter 13 bankruptcy. He frequently negotiated with lenders (in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas nationally recognized Residential Mortgage Foreclosure Diversion Program) to obtain Home Affordable Mortgage Program (HAMP) loan modifications. Henry was also a Contributing Writer to the following editions of the Urban Affairs Coalition Foreclosure Prevention Guide: Fall 2012 Edition, Section II, Home Affordable Modification Program (HAMP), pp. 23-25 · Winter/Spring 2012 Edition, Section II, HAMP, p. 25 · Fall 2013 Edition, Section II, HAMP, pp. 22-24; HAMP 2MP, pp. 25-26; HAMP UP, p. 27. The Guide is a resource for consumers to use as an outline to get a general understanding of the various HAMP loan modification programs. In addition, Henry was a Tax Research Analyst with H&R Block at their World Headquarters in Kansas City, MO. Henry worked on the Tax Change Analyst Team and with the “TIGERS” Group (Trusts, IRS Procedure, Gifts, Estates, Retirement, and State/local). Henry monitored six states for tax regulatory changes in Arizona, Hawaii, Indiana, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia. He also provided H&R Block Franchisees, located across the nation, with tax research support for questions relating to Trusts, IRS Procedure, Gifts, Estates, Retirement, and State/local issues. Henry is a member of the American Bar Association, and the Philadelphia Bar Association. He served as a volunteer for Philadelphia VIP and the Low Income Tax Clinic at the Delaware Community Reinvestment Action Council. Henry is admitted to practice before all Pennsylvania State Courts, the United States District and Bankruptcy Courts for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, as well as the United States Tax Court in Washington, D.C.

Micheal Busby is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Houston Bar Association, the Houston Association of Debtor’s Attorneys and is admitted to practice in the Federal Courts in the Southern District of Texas. He enlisted in the United States Marine Corps and served as a Field Artillery Cannoner from 1989 to 1993. Mike also served in the National Guard from 1993 to 1997 in the states of Arkansas, Oklahoma and North Carolina. Mr. Busby received his Bachelor of Science degree with honors from the University of Central Oklahoma in 1996. He graduated from South Texas College of Law in Houston, Texas in 2002. Mr. Busby is a member of the Phi Delta Phi International Law fraternity and authored an international law legal article in a law journal published by South Texas College of Law. Mr. Busby has been faithfully married for 20 years and is the proud father of two daughters, Viktoria and Hannah Busby and father of Willam Maximus “Billy Max” Busby.

Mr. Eisner received his B.A. degree in American Studies from the University of North Carolina, his MPA from the University of North Carolina School of Government and his J. D. from Campbell University School of Law. He is a member of the NC Bar Association. His focus is on business law, bankruptcy, civil litigation, workouts and alternatives to bankruptcy, and foreclosure defense.

She has over sixty hours of training in mediation services, with an emphasis on family/divorce law. In addition to family law, Tonya provides estate planning services and represents individuals seeking Chapter 7 bankruptcy relief. MILITARY: Tonya has been a member of the Kentucky National Guard since 2001. For the first seven years she worked as a military police officer, including a deployment to Baghdad, Iraq where she was awarded several medals including a Purple Heart. In 2008, she commissioned as a Signal Officer and spent the next seven years in service to the 149th Brigade as a platoon leader, executive officer, and company commander. Tonya was a Judge Advocate, serving as trial counsel for the Kentucky National Guard, and is currently the Cyber Law Chief for the Kentucky National Guard. PERSONAL: Tonya is married and lives in Northern Kentucky with their six children.

Dennis Spyra and Associates has represented thousands of individuals and businesses over the last 30 years. Attorney Spyra began his legal career as an attorney with the United States Department of Justice in Washington D.C. The director of the United States Trustee's Office, at the Department of Justice recruited Mr. Spyra to open a new office in Pittsburgh, PA, to supervise bankruptcy cases on behalf of the federal government. During Attorney Spyra's tenure with the U.S. Trustee's office, he supervised and administrated cases in all chapters under the Bankruptcy Code. Attorney Spyra supervised and assisted with the Chapter 7 legal panel of Trustee attorneys in their effort to ferret out fraud and abuse of the bankruptcy process. This experience provided Attorney Spyra with a unique and comprehensive understanding of the bankruptcy process as an attorney and government prosecutor.
