Nathan Russell is the founder and owner of Russell Law Offices, SC. Born and raised on his family’s fifth-generation dairy and crop farm in Shullsburg, he returned to Southwest Wisconsin to practice law in 2009. Nathan earned a degree in Agricultural Economics and his Juris Doctorate from UW-Madison. Prior to opening Russell Law Offices, Nathan taught Agricultural Education in Minnesota and served as an agriculture and commercial lender in Madison. With extensive experience in agriculture and lending, Nathan’s practice areas include real estate, contracts, business/farm transfer and startup, civil litigation, estate planning, probate & trust administration, creditor collections, municipal law, and family law. Nathan also has extensive experience in contested probate and divorces that involve farms/businesses. Nathan is married to Jennifer, whom he met through the FFA. Jennifer is the agricultural education and FFA instructor in Shullsburg, WI. They have six children: Reagan, Madison, Taylor, McKinley, Lincoln, and Jackson. Nathan is an avid sports fan outside the office, supporting the Packers, Badgers, Bucks, Brewers, and Miners/Knights. He is heavily involved in his children's’ activities, including assisting them show sheep across the country. Nathan is also very proud to be starting his 14th year serving as the girls’ basketball head coach for Shullsburg. Nathan has recently been sworn into the Illinois State Bar and is excited to serve clients in Northwestern Illinois. Nathan has presented to a variety of community and professional groups on numerous legal topics. He has been active in the Lafayette County community by previously serving on the Shullsburg Fund Board, Memorial Hospital Foundation and the Shullsburg School Board.

Attorney Graham graduated from RI College in 1979 with a BA in History and Political Science, and received his JD from the University of Tulsa College of Law in 1982. Scott R. Sexauer is a native of Northern Virginia. He obtained his undergraduate and law school degrees from George Mason University. He has been in private practice in Northern Virginia since 1984, and has earned a BV- Distinguished peer review rating from Martindale Hubbel. Scott R. Chris Edwards is the managing attorney for the Upstate of South Carolina office of Moss & Associates Attorneys, PA. Chris served in the military before attending the University of South Carolina where he obtained his A.S. and B.A. degrees. After his undergraduate studies, Chris worked in public safety in Charleston, SC before receiving his Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law. His first job as an attorney was for Moore, Taylor & Thomas in West Columbia, SC where he practiced criminal, civil, and family law. Now, Chris' practice involves filing Chapter 13 and Chapter 7 Bankruptcies for individuals and businesses. Paul Kunberger is a licensed attorney living and working in the City of Richmond. Paul received his BA in Political Science from Virginia Commonwealth University in 1976 and his J.D. in Law from the University of Baltimore in 1980. He was admitted to the Maryland Court of Appeals in 1981, the DC Court of Appeals in 1982, and the Virginia Supreme Court in 1994. Paul has also been admitted into US Bankruptcy Court in the Eastern and Western districts of Virginia, the district of Maryland, and the U.S. District Court of Maryland and Washington D.C.

Robert is a lifetime Lake County resident, born in Libertyville, Illinois, and raised in the neighboring Village of Gurnee. Robert attended Warren Township High School from 2001-05, where he distinguished himself in academics and athletics graduating among the highest in his class and receiving All-Conference football honors. He conducted his undergraduate studies at Illinois State University as a “University Scholarship” recipient, where, in 2009, he graduated with honors with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Studies. Robert was admitted to practice law in the State of Illinois on November 1, 2012. He attended law school at the Northern Illinois University College of Law from 2009-12, graduating Cum Laude in May of 2012. In November of 2012, after a brief bought working for major corporations, Robert opened Tomei Law to assist those in financial distress–specifically, representing consumer rights through foreclosure defense, bankruptcy, auto fraud, and debt collection harassment. In the fall of 2018, Robert, along with three other fine attorneys, Timothy Johnston, Alan Lenczycki, and Michael Goldberg, founded the law firm Johnston Tomei Lenczycki & Goldberg, LLC (JTLG, LLC).
