Vinny Iyer has always had a desire to learn a variety of different subjects, and has always had a passion for justice; both of these traits led him to the practice of law. Vinny went to Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska where he received his Bachelor of Arts. While at Creighton, Vinny majored in music performance and theory, co-majored in political science, and completed the pre-medical program. After Creighton, Vinny attended the University of Nebraska – Omaha to study music composition where he learned counterpoint, orchestration, and advanced music theory. During this time, Vinny also played with his band while teaching music theory and guitar lessons. Eventually, Vinny’s passion lead him to the University of Nebraska – Lincoln College of Law where he received his Juris Doctorate. Additionally, Vinny completed the litigation skills program of concentrated study with a criminal emphasis. While enrolled in law school, Vinny Iyer served as a clerk with Atwood, Holsten, Brown, Deaver and Spier Law Firm. In this role, he primarily handled personal injury and workers’ compensation cases, which would later become his focus at Falgien Warr & Iyer, P.C. Upon graduating from law school, he worked as a senior analyst contract attorney, auditing foreclosure and mortgage procedures for a multinational bank. He then represented clients through his own contract defense firm and at Clear Creek Consulting, wherein he helped individuals and businesses resolve tax liabilities with Federal and State taxing authorities. Subsequently, Vinny was hired as an attorney at The Law Offices of Dianne Sawaya, LLC where he focused on personal injury cases. Vinny is a founding partner of Falgien, Warr & Iyer, P.C. where his primary focus is on personal injury and workers’ compensation cases. Additionally, Vinny is on the Board of Directors of the non-profit Ancova Empowerment Project, which is an organization designed to help young people who have faced behavioral, economic, or legal challenges to have positive and constructive experiences while gaining life skills and learning how to overcome obstacles to their success, mostly through the creation of art. http://www.ancovaep.org/ In his off time, Vinny likes to play guitar, stay involved with current events, keep up with the newest shows, hike, travel, and play with his dog Bandit.

Mark Wolfe is a partner with Boteler Richardson Wolfe – Injury Lawyers in Mobile, Alabama. Since 1987, Mark has worked specifically in the area of personal injury law, with particular expertise in wrongful death, motor vehicle crash cases, on the job injuries, defective products and life insurance claims. He has successfully litigated hundreds of personal injury cases to verdict and recovered millions of dollars on behalf of his clients. Mark received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in 1983 from the University of Alabama, followed by his Juris Doctorate from the University of Alabama School Of Law. He has practiced law since 1987. Mark is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and the Multi-Million Dollar Advocate Forum. (Membership in these organizations require a verdict or settlement on a case over one million dollars or over two million dollars.) He has attained Advocate status through the American Association of Justice College of Advocacy and Mark has been inducted into the prestigious Academy of Trial Advocacy. He has been recognized as one of the Top 100 trial attorneys in Alabama by the American Trial Lawyers Association. Mark is also a frequent Continuing Legal Education (CLE) instructor in the areas of litigation, trial strategy and practice management with more than 200 hours of teaching credits. In addition he has had numerous articles published in national and regional law journals on a wide variety of litigation issues. Mark has achieved an AV rating by Martindale Hubbell’s peer review rating service and has been classified as a Super Lawyer ® by Lexis/Nexis. Super Lawyers has tapped him as one of the top 5% of attorneys in Alabama, based on the organization’s research-driven, peer-influenced rating service. Mark supports numerous charities and community organizations. In 2005, he received the Outstanding Public Service Award from Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) for his advocacy work on behalf of drunk driving victims. Currently, he serves on the Board of Directors for Prodisee Pantry, the Gulf Coast’s largest food pantry program. Mark lives in Daphne and is married to Kelly Langan Wolfe. They have two daughters (Lesley and Alli) and one son (Mitchell).

Steven E. Goldberg followed his father into a career of law by joining the Steinberg Law Firm in 1993. As he explains, “Growing up, I was impressed to see my father working hard and his clients being truly thankful for that hard work.” Now in practice for more than 25 years, Steven has represented clients in cases involving on-the-job injuries and automobile wrecks, and has expanded his practice representing families of those who have had loved ones injured or killed in nursing home neglect. He has been successful in many trial appearances and settlements totaling over several million dollars; most recently, he represented a family whose elderly father died because of a truck driver’s negligence in a case that settled for $3.5 million. The father was rear-ended, and Steven fought the insurance company over the settlement amount when the company tried to use the fact that the driver was 75 years old to say his family shouldn’t receive such a large settlement. Steven maintains his office in Summerville, and practices law at both the firm’s Broad Street and Goose Creek locations. He is active in the legal community, having served as president of the South Carolina Injured Workers’ Advocates and chairperson of the South Carolina Bar Workers’ Compensation Section. He has served on the board of Governors for the Association for Justice (Trial Lawyers), and has argued Workers’ Compensation cases before the South Carolina Court of Appeals and the South Carolina Supreme Court. He also shares his experience and knowledge regarding workers’ compensation issues with colleagues and the business community members at various seminars. Active in his community, Steven is a member of KKBE and has served as president of the East Cooper Jewish Community; chair of Operation Home, an organization devoted to making homes safer for lower-income residents; and chair of the Grantmaking and Leadership Committee of the Coastal Community Foundation. Steven earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida and his law degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law.

Jonathan grew up in Lexington, Virginia. After finishing his law degree at Washington & Lee University School of Law, Jonathan worked as a Contract Negotiations Specialist and as a Financial Planner for a Fortune 500 company before starting Tarris Law in 2016. Since starting Tarris Law, Jonathan has litigated thousands of matters throughout Virginia from fatal trucking accidents to farm partitions among dozens of heirs. and has successfully appealed trial court rulings, even garnishing published opinions in the Virginia Court of Appeals. Many times Jonathan is able to avoid litigation altogether with proper planning and negotiations. He has formed dozens of trusts, LLCs and other business entities, providing them with the proper legal paperwork to avoid disputes among all stakeholders. Jonathan A. Alderman is managing partner at the Anderson, Walker & Reichert, LLP, in Macon, Georgia. Estate planning, estate administration, will and trust drafting, contract and prenuptial agreement drafting, adoption, incorporation, business guidance, and charitable organization representation are all within Mr. Alderman's scope of practice. He has also handled cases involving commercial/contract law, real estate, insurance defense, and personal injury. Born in Evansville, Indiana, Jonathan spent his formative years in Cochran, Georgia, where his father served as president of Middle Georgia College and his grandfather, Lucian A. Whipple, practiced law for 75 years before retiring at age 97. In 1981, he graduated with an associate's degree from Middle Georgia College, and in 1983, he graduated with a bachelor's degree in political science from the University of Georgia with highest honors and membership in Phi Beta Kappa. In 1986, he graduated with a Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia with honors, and he started working with Anderson, Walker & Reichert in 1986. Mr. Alderman married a Georgia educator; Amy Holland, formerly of Dexter, GA who spent the past four decades instructing students in Jones, Twiggs, Ben Hill, Walton, Baldwin, Bibb and Clarke counties. His daughter Kim works as a nurse practitioner in Columbus, Georgia.

I’ve spent most of my life living in Ohio and Indiana. I grew up in Ohio and moved to Indiana to finish school, including Law School at Indiana University School of Law in Indianapolis. Prior to becoming an attorney, I worked as a business analyst for over five years in the student loan industry. I represent clients throughout the state of Ohio and Indiana in the following areas: Bankruptcy, Social Security Disability, Veteran’s Disability, and Immigration.

Sean Walsh grew up in Denver, CO and graduated from the University of Colorado business school in 2000. He graduated from the University of Denver College of Law in 2003, passed the Colorado State Bar and has been practicing in Denver, CO ever since. He is a trial attorney who specializes in motor vehicle accidents, personal injury, medical malpractice, and other forms of civil litigation. He is an active member in the Colorado and Denver Bar Association, Colorado Trial Lawyer’s Association as well as the National organization of the American Association of Justice. Sean Walsh, along with his partner, Brian Lampert, formed Lampert & Walsh, LLC to battle the Insurance Companies and force them to fairly compensate victims harmed by the negligence of others.
