Joshua M Feagans is a founding partner of Feagans Law Group and heads the firm’s litigation and business practice. Josh concentrates in complex civil litigation involving injury and business disputes and acts as outside general counsel to national and regional companies in an array of industries that include building supplies, construction, commercial real estate, healthcare, automotive and manufacturing, among others. As a trial attorney, Josh has litigated thousands of cases throughout the United States in federal and state courts, in arbitrations with AAA, JAMS and BBB and in administrative hearings before a variety of agencies, including the EEOC, NLRB, IHRC, IDFPR and IDOL. Prior to joining Hepworth & Murray in 2016, Tyler worked in the Office of General Counsel – International for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints where he worked on a variety of legal matters ranging from income tax issues, immigration, real estate transactions, and employment matters. Although he enjoyed the comforts of corporate life, Tyler’s real passion is advocacy, whether in the courtroom or the across the negotiation table. Tyler earned his law degree from the University of Oregon School of Law, where he received high marks in trial advocacy and was known around school for being a bit of trial junky. While in law school he worked in the public defender’s office as a court-certified law student where he represented three criminal defendants in jury trials before he even graduated. Also during law school, he received expert training in Alternative Dispute Resolution through the nationally ranked Oregon ADR Center. Born and raised in Davis County, Tyler takes advantage of all that Utah has to offer from the great culture and entertainment found in our cities to the amazing outdoor recreation that is only an hour or so away. In his free time, Tyler enjoys being active in his community and spending time with family.

He was admitted to the Texas State Bar in 1994 after graduating the same year from Texas Wesleyan University School of Law (Now Texas A&M). He is also licensed in the State of North Dakota. He is a member of the Insurance Section of the Texas State Bar, in addition to the Native American Law Section. When William J. Brotherton obtained his law degree in 1994 at the age of 44 after five years of night classes, he was the regional manager for BCM Engineers, Inc., a national environmental engineering firm. Prior to becoming an attorney, William worked at developing complex treatment plans for national Superfund sites and RCRA facilities as an environmental scientist. He received his MS in Environmental Science from the University of Texas at Dallas, and his undergraduate degree from the University of North Dakota. After obtaining his law degree, he then went on to teach environmental law as an adjunct professor for 12 years at Texas Christian University, and lectured in environmental and land-use law at the Center for Environmental Research and Training at the University of Texas at Arlington. He has also lectured at Lamar University, the University of North Texas, and the University of Texas at Dallas. William has served as a court-appointed special commissioner to determine the value of condemned property since 2006. Knowledgeable in that area as a result of his experience serving on the Planning & Zoning Commission for Flower Mound, Texas for over 6 years in addition to his service as a director of the Upper Trinity Regional Water District. Besides being licensed in the States of Texas and North Dakota, William is licensed in the United States District Courts for the Northern District of Texas and the Eastern District of Texas. He is also licensed in the Supreme Court of the United States of America.

Sarah Gorski earned her Bachelor of Science degree in 2005 from Eastern Michigan University. She earned her Juris Doctor degree in 2017 from Western Michigan University – Thomas M. Cooley Law School. She was a member of the Phi Alpha Delta Fraternity, and Chair of the Mock Trial Board. Sarah joined the firm in January 2022, and focuses primarily on first-party automobile claims, third-party auto negligence, motorcycle and bicycle accidents. She also handles other personal injury claims, including slip and falls, dog bites, and wrongful death lawsuits. Christopher Frayer earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from Northwood University in 1991. He later earned his Juris Doctor degree in 2001 from Western Michigan University Thomas M. Cooley Law School. Chris joined the firm in February 2024, focusing primarily on medical malpractice, nursing home neglect, birth injury, civil rights, and governmental claims. Mr. Math, is originally from New York and after having served in the U.S. Navy relocated to Los Angeles where he attended California State University at Los Angeles, graduating in 1968. Mr. Math subsequently attended and graduated from Loyola University, School of Law. While attending he was, as a result of his having excelled in Moot Court Competition and Legal Writing, awarded a Teaching Fellowship.
