Archie L. Rich II is the founding partner of The Rich Firm, PC and is responsible for the firm’s management. Mr. Rich is an experienced litigation attorney with over 15 years’ experience in personal injury and medical malpractice matters. In addition to an extensive background in tort litigation, Mr. Rich’s professional experience includes substantial work in international business development and telecommunications. In 1995, Mr. Rich joined the World Space Corporation, where he served as its director of international business developments through 1997. From 1997 to 2001, Mr. Rich worked with the law firm of Heggestad & Weiss where he headed its international telecommunications consulting division while supporting its insurance defense litigation practice. For corporate practice, Mr. Rich has provided legal advice and support for a number of “mega” transactions including the SBC’s acquisition of AT&T and Cingular’s merger with AT&T Wireless. He has also participated in major regulatory controversies involving antitrust before the United States Department of Justice. Since 2001, Mr. Rich has directed his professional focus exclusively to advancing the rights of tort victims joining Larry C. Williams and Associates in 2002. Eric J. Nemeth is a practicing lawyer in the state of New Jersey. Attorney Nemeth received his J.D. from the Rutgers University School of Law in 1990.

Upon graduation from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law at Yeshiva University in New York, classmates Evan N. Pickus and Howard S. Landsberg sought to fulfill a vision- the formation of their own law firm. David is a versatile Florida attorney with a diverse background in corporate, trust, and investment law. He graduated from the University of Miami School of Law, where he was a finalist in the Charles C. Papy Moot Court Competition, and received highest honors in pretrial, trial, and business litigation skills. He possesses a substantial amount of pretrial, trial, and appellate litigation experience, having first chaired and second chaired multiple jury trials to verdict on both the plaintiff and defense side, while authoring a multitude of appellate briefs in Florida’s district courts of appeal, some of which resulted in precedent setting opinions. He currently advises high-net-worth individuals and families on business succession planning, asset protection, and investment decisions, and works closely with c-suite experts and national law firms on cases involving banking, investment, and wealth advisory disputes. David is also an active and respected member of the academic community, having lectured at the University of Miami School of Law on the subjects of appellate advocacy and upper-level legal research and writing, and personally coached and judged members of UM’s moot court team. He has spoken at City Hall and County Commission hearings, and authored several publications on appellate practice and fiduciary duty. David was also ranked as one of the top 25 junior tennis players in the United States, top 10 in the state of Florida, and was rated a 5 star recruit by the tennis recruiting network before attending the University of South Carolina on academic and athletic scholarship.

For more than a decade, Chris Cadem has concentrated his practice on litigation matters in both criminal and civil cases in State and Federal Court. His experience includes more than 100 trials and roughly a dozen appeals, including multiple petitions to the Minnesota Supreme Court. He has successfully litigated cases spanning from simple speeding tickets to first degree murder and first degree criminal sexual conduct. His civil docket includes everything from contract disputes to complex multiparty, million-dollar financial matters. He was also selected as a student director of the University of Minnesota Housing Law Clinic and to take part in the Kommerstad Center’s Business Law Clinic. During his final year in school, Chris externed with the Honorable Richard H. Kyle of the United States District Court, District of Minnesota. In his practice and personal life, Chris works diligently to have a positive influence in his community and on the lives of the people around him. Chris gives back to his community through multiple volunteer organizations. He served for many years as general corporate counsel for the Minnesota Jaycees, is a member of the Fergus Falls Jaycees where he has served as chairman of the board, president, vice president of membership, and treasurer. He is the two-time past president of the Fergus Falls Lions, was the secretary and treasurer of the Otter Tail County Bar Association, and was an ambassador for the Fergus Falls Chamber of Commerce.
