Douglas S. Schwartz, formerly of the Union County Prosecutor's Office, joined the firm in 1992 and became a partner in 1999, when the name of the firm was changed to Sisselman & Schwartz, LLP. Douglas Schwartz is a practicing lawyer in the state of New Jersey specializing in Accident & Injury. Mr. Schwartz received his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in 1991.

Formerly a partner at a prestigious civil litigation firm, Dean has been practicing and trying cases in the areas of complex trucking, medical malpractice, product liability, and general civil litigation for the past 18 years. Dean has successfully represented clients as lead counsel in complex multimillion-dollar jury trials to verdict in Missouri and Illinois. Dean uses his extensive experience in the courtroom to develop an aggressive approach to resolve cases in favor of his clients. Dean received his J.D. from the University of Missouri – Columbia School of Law in 1999. Prior to law school, Dean completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Missouri – St. Louis with a B.A. in Communications, graduating cum laude in 1996. Dean participated in a Missouri Trial Academy in 2005 and a National Trial Academy at Stanford in 2007. Founding partner with Eric Doroshow of the law firm of Doroshow, Pasquale, Krawitz & Bhaya. The firm, which began with two lawyers, now has over 20 lawyers and 90 employees and has been serving clients in Delaware for 30 years. Mr. Pasquale has more than 30 years of experience and expertise in the area of plaintiff's personal injury claims, including numerous jury trials. Mr. Pasquale has obtained several verdicts for injured clients in excess of $1 million. Mr. Pasquale is also experienced in the areas of family law, insurance law, real estate and land use law.

Shakuntla is a graduate of University of Delaware where she has received her Bachelor of Science in Political Studies and Philosophy with a Minor in Women Studies, and a graduate of Northeastern University School of Law (1985) Shaku is a frequent speaker on automobile insurance issues. Shaku is a past President for the Delaware Trial Lawyers Association and the YWCA.

Since 1988 Edward honed his litigation expertise serving as a defense attorney in Criminal Cases, DUI/DWI and traffic matters. His distinguished courtroom seasoning will benefit his clients as Edward focuses on criminal defense litigation. He has handled thousands of cases and is well versed in motion practice with years of trial experience. His philosophy of being well prepared has served him well over the years and is a testament to his work ethic and diligence.

Arthur studied at Penn State University & Widener University - Delaware Law School. He is a frequent speaker on automobile insurance issues and was the lead attorney for several million dollar cases for his clients.

Gary Ogg is a partner at Ogg, Murphy & Perkosky, P.C. Gary has devoted his career to representing individuals and families, who have been the victims of negligence, obtain the justice and compensation they deserve. In his career, Gary has been fortunate to obtain dozens of verdicts and settlements in excess of $1,000,000 in many types of personal injury cases, including medical malpractice lawsuits, personal injury and birth injury. Gary graduated from University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 1981 and received a B.A. in 1977 from University of Pittsburgh. Gary has won various awards including Pennsylvania Super Lawyers 2011 through 2014 and Best Lawyers in America 2011 through 2014. Gary is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, Allegheny County Bar Association, Academy of Trial Lawyers of Allegheny County, Western Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association and Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association. Gary currently resides in the South Hills of Pittsburgh. He is a member of many community organizations and charitable activities in the South Hills and Pittsburgh areas.

Ron is partner in the firm based in the Butler office. He represents both public and private clients in general litigation, personal injury, real estate litigation, and business and corporate litigation. Ron is a former prosecutor having tried well over one hundred serious criminal cases to verdict including capital murder, rape, burglary and drug related offenses. Ron has also represented clients to verdict in many civil matters including construction litigation, personal injury, and real estate litigation cases. Ron earned his B.A., summa cum laude, in English from the University of Pittsburgh and earned his J.D. from the University Of Pittsburgh School Of Law. During law school, Ron clerked for the Honorable Carol Los Mansmann of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and for Ila Jeanne Sensenich of the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. After law school, Ron clerked for the Honorable Charles R. Alexander of the Court of Common Pleas of Clarion County, Pennsylvania. Ron has also served in various capacities in the court system including as an Assistant District Attorney for Clarion County, a special master in domestic relations cases, and as an Arbitrator in both Butler and Clarion Counties. Ron is a member of the Butler County Bar Association, the Allegheny County Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association, the Western Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association, and the American Trial Lawyers Association. He is admitted to practice in all Pennsylvania state courts, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, and the U. S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Ron has personally handled cases in all Pennsylvania Courts, including the Pennsylvania Supreme Court and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. In addition to practicing law, Ron is an avid bicyclist and has served in numerous capacities over the years for public and private organizations. He also served on the boards of various charitable and civic organizations, including serving on the Board of Directors of the Zelienople Rotary Club. He is also a recipient of the Pennsylvania Game Commission Sport Ethics Award.

During the course of his career Attorney Aaron Rihn has helped his clients recover in excess of $40 million dollars in verdicts and settlements. He has tried cases to verdict in both Pennsylvania and West Virginia, and argued before a number of the highest appellate courts including both the 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals and 9th Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Rihn leads the firm in complex litigation matters, including class actions, wage and hour collection actions, pharmaceutical cases, civil rights cases, and other product liability cases, as well as appellate matters. Mr. Rihn was appointed to the Plaintiffs’ Steering Committee in the Federal Prempro MDL. He has been selected as a Top 100 Trial Lawyer by the National Trial Lawyers Association, and is a former Pennsylvania Super Lawyer Rising Star. Aaron is also a member of both the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and the Multimillion Dollar Advocates Forum. Aaron wanted to be an attorney ever since he saw Gregory Peck in To Kill a Mockingbird. Atticus Finch has likely been an inspiration to generations of lawyers who are the conscious of the nation, and, along with the press, the best and last defense against tyranny.
