Todd Gardner began his professional life as a middle school teacher but opted to go to law school in his mid-twenties. During his time in law school, he clerked in the contracts department at Wells Fargo during the merger with Norwest Bank, clerked for five judges in the Minnesota Office of Administrative Hearings Workers' Compensation Division, and interned with a Hennepin County District Court judge. Following law school, he began working in a Minneapolis small firm representing injured workers and injured persons and later experienced representing insurance companies with a medium-sized law firm in St. Paul. Wyman spent the first four years of his practice with a national firm primarily representing insurance companies in losses sustained as a result of Hurricanes Katrina, Rita and Gustav. Wyman also represented carriers and insurers in property damage and personal injury losses sustained as a result of transportation activities, as well as doing general liability litigation. Due to the very nature of his practice, Wyman had the opportunity to practice in the United States District Courts for the Eastern, Middle, and Western Districts of Louisiana, in addition to over fifteen different state district courts. James “Jim” B. Goldberg received his Juris Doctorate in 1999 from the John Marshall Law School. He also received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Secondary Education from DePaul University. Prior to attending Law School, James was a High School teacher in the Chicago Public School System. James is a Lecturer at the Illinois Emergency Nurse Association (IENA) and Adjunct Lecturer at Capital Area School of Nursing (Springfield).

Brian Custy is no stranger to hard work, securing his first paying job in rural Colorado after 2nd grade working in grain elevators and maintaining physical jobs through college including drilling water wells, maintaining government wildlife property, and fencing acreage throughout the Rocky Mountains. I enjoy the outdoors, being physically active, and spending time with my wife, our 3 boys and our family dog “Bandit.” Are you involved in your community? I’m an active coach of my son’s pop warner and flag football teams and a board member of Our Greater Good which focuses its efforts on improving opportunities for disadvantaged youth and strengthening family relationships.

JEROME R. BOWEN was born in Denver, Colorado on May 22, 1963. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree from University of Utah in 1988. During which he attended honors programs at Cambridge University in England, George Washington University, and the American University in Paris, France. After receiving his undergraduate degree, he returned home to his native Idaho to attend law school at the University of Idaho. He received his Juris Doctorate in 1991. While at the University of Idaho, he was a member of the Idaho Law Review 1990-1991 and had a published case note. After receiving his law degree, he was selected to act as a Special Assistant to Cecil D. Andrus, Governor of Idaho in 1991, where he was the governor's liaison to five (5) State of Idaho departments, including budgeting and the governor's state agenda.
