Mr. Carbonneau joined Pearson and Paris, P.C. in March of 2021. Mr. Carbonneau received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Colorado Law School. During his law school tenure, Mr. Carbonneau focused on building his litigation experience. He interned for the United States Securities and Exchange Commission’s Denver Office. There, he assisted both the trial and investigations teams in the detection of financial crimes and the prosecution of those crimes. After working for the SEC, Stephen worked for the Adams County District Attorneys Office where he appeared as a prosecutor in misdemeanor and traffic cases. After graduating law school in 2018, Mr. Carbonneau was offered a position with the Grand County District Attorney’s Office. In that role, Mr. Carbonneau was responsible for all aspects of prosecuting cases. He handled everything ranging from jury trials to motions hearings, bond hearings, appeals, and plea negotiations. In April of 2020, Mr. Carbonneau left his position with the Grand County District Attorney’s Office to start his own solo law practice. While thriving as a solo practitioner, Mr. Carbonneau broadened his expertise from criminal to other areas of law such as family law and landlord-tenant disputes. Mr. Carbonneau prides himself on his work ethic, attention to detail, and his ability to take complex legal theories and break them down into non-legal jargon, allowing clients to fully understand all aspects of their case. These skills allow Mr. Carbonneau to provide strategic legal representation which turns into positive results for his clients. A dynamic entrepreneur and innovative thinker renowned for his extensive expertise in business management, financial services, regulatory compliance, and brokerage operations. Graduating with a degree in liberal studies and small business management from Stony Brook University in 1990, Mr. Gilbert accumulated over 25 years of diversified experience in the financial services industry. Holding senior executive positions at esteemed institutions such as Wachovia Securities Financial Network and TD Waterhouse, he transitioned to law, earning his Juris Doctor degree from Barry University School of Law in 2014. With a multifaceted background, Mr. Gilbert served as a COO for Gazelle.com in 2006, contributing to its evolution into the nation's leading consumer electronics trade-in site with over $125 million in annual revenue. Beyond his corporate roles, he worked as an independent business consultant, guiding the development and turnaround of small to mid-sized companies across various sectors, including brokerage, retail sales, and technology. In his most recent role as an Assistant Public Defender for the Eighteenth Judicial Circuit, Mr. Gilbert advocated for indigent persons facing legal challenges, showcasing his commitment to justice and community service. As a seasoned Wall Street veteran and reputable attorney, Mr. Gilbert is devoted to addressing diverse client needs, from estate planning and asset protection to business, commercial, and corporate law matters. Outside his professional endeavors, Mr. Gilbert finds joy in travel and quality time with his wife, Multida, and their two children, Jody (26) and Jordan (22).

I am a native of Chicago, Illinois, and received Bachelor of Arts degrees in political science and speech communication from the University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana, Illinois, spending one semester studying abroad in London and traveling all over Europe. Following that, I earned my Juris Doctorate from DePaul University in Chicago, Illinois. I moved to New Jersey following graduation from law school and was licensed by the Supreme Court of New Jersey in 1994 and the Supreme Court of New York in 1995. Moving back to Chicago, I was then licensed by the Supreme Court of Illinois in 1995, and after moving to Texas, I was licensed by the Supreme Court of Texas in 2016. I have also been admitted to practice in the United States Court of Appeals, Seventh Circuit, when I was appointed by the U.S. Court of Appeals as attorney to an inmate in his criminal appeal. I have also practiced in various state and federal courts around the country. During my practice, I have practiced in the areas of family law, corporate and securities litigation, mediation and arbitration, as well as product liability mass litigation, probate, and civil litigation. I am also a certified family law mediator. My primary focus now is on all aspects of family law including divorce, child custody, child support, visitation, and spousal support. Starting in Chicago and then New Jersey, I was blessed with three amazing children. After we moved to Texas, I was divorced from their father, took in two more children, and decided I could best help people by combining my life experiences with my abilities as a lawyer. The practice of family law involves intense emotions in the clients. As an experienced litigator and from my life experiences, I am able to empathize with and fervently advocate on behalf of my clients while offering creative solutions and ideas to help clients adjust to their new “normal”.

Attorney Kevin C. Brown focuses his practice on the areas of matrimonial and family law throughout Connecticut, New York City and its northern suburbs. His practice includes many high net worth matters involving contested business valuations, forensic accounting and asset tracing, as well as complex child support and spousal support issues. Prior to joining the firm, Kevin practiced at a preeminent boutique matrimonial and family law firm in Westchester County and New York City. Earlier in his career, Kevin was a commercial litigator in the Stamford, Connecticut office of Day Pitney LLP, where he represented business clients and individuals in all phases of complex cases in federal and state courts. Kevin began his practice at the New York offices of Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP, where he represented clients in a wide variety of business disputes in financial services, insurance, and private equity, among other industries. He also conducted internal investigations and advised clients in connection with government investigations of insider trading and other securities law violations.

Hendrick Vandamme is a partner of the Firm. He was born in former Czechoslovakia and has the distinction of having participated in the demonstrations dubbed the Velvet Revolution which ended 40 years of Communist oppression and foresaw the normalization of relationships between East and West. After leaving Prague, he lived and worked in Germany, Belgium, and England. He is fluent in Czech, German, and French. Before forming Vandamme Law Firm, his work experience encompassed practice with a securities litigation boutique firm and with a major North American insurance company as the attorney of record and trial counsel. Hendrick successfully handled a number of jury trials and has conducted numerous mediations and arbitrations on behalf of his clients. He obtained his undergraduate degree from Essex University in England and his law degree from Fordham University Law School. On multiple occasions, Hendrick has served as a correspondent to Radio Journal in Prague where he uses his expertise to discuss American legal issues of international interest. Hendrick is also a board member of the Olga Forrai Foundation, which provides support for the training, education, and career development of opera singers and classical music conductors. He is admitted to practice in New York and in the US District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts.

Attorney Cameron L. Atkinson founded Atkinson Law, LLC in August 2022. He has earned the nickname “The Computer” from fellow lawyers for his memory and understanding of the U.S. Constitution, federal law, and the Connecticut law. His computer-like abilities do not just extend to his knowledge of the law. His memory and understanding of the law enables him to conceptualize and bring to life his clients’ stories to judges and juries in both written submissions and oral presentations. Cameron has represented celebrities, U.S. Cabinet officials, and average people and businesses across a wide variety of matters, including criminal defense, high-profile civil rights cases, employment discrimination cases, unfair and deceptive trade practice defense, medical malpractice, and various business law matters. He has also represented businesses navigating a variety of securities matters. Cam maintains an active appeals practice. He has been lead counsel in more than 30 appeals in federal and state appeals courts across the country in both criminal and civil cases. Cameron has served as counsel of record in several matters before the United States Supreme Court. Cameron dedicates a substantial portion of his time to defending religious liberty, free speech, gun rights, and privacy rights in various federal and state courts. In addition to his legal qualifications, Cam holds multiple degrees in business and has consulted start-ups, medium-sized companies, and various personalities on branding, operations, marketing, and various other business matters. He takes a special interest in cryptocurrency.

Amy is a graduate of Drexel University, holding dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Political Science and International Area Studies. Following graduation from college, she earned her law degree from Widener University School of Law. Since law school she has practiced in various areas of civil litigation including real estate, commercial, personal injury, and bankruptcy. Her current practice area involves representing consumers in Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, Pennsylvania Fair Credit Extension Uniformity Act, Truth in Lending, Lemon Law, breach of warranty, and consumer fraud cases, as well as representing consumers in debt defense cases and foreclosures. She has been interviewed on various talk shows and news programs on consumer issues. She is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, Tennessee, Wyoming, California, Florida, Texas and Arizona. In addition she is admitted to practice before the following U.S. District Courts: District Courts of New Jersey; Eastern, Middle, and Western Districts of Pennsylvania; Eastern, Middle, and Western Districts of Tennessee; District of Colorado; Eastern, Southern, Northern, and Western Districts of Texas; Southern, Central, Northern, and Eastern Districts of California; Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas; Northern District of Ohio; Central and Northern Districts of Illinois; Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan; District Court of Maryland; Northern, Southern and Middle Districts of Florida; District of Columbia; District of Arizona; District of Wyoming; and the Southern District of Indiana. In her free time, Amy enjoys spending time with her family and traveling. Amy is also very involved in her community and serves on the Boards of the Wissahickon School District and Montgomery County Intermediate Unit.

Michael Molfetta is a renowned litigation attorney who has been practicing for almost 30 years. He has been lead counsel in more than 300 jury trials. He has represented individuals and multinational corporations in both State and Federal Court. Mr. Molfetta also has extensive experience representing clients involved in complex criminal cases and “high profile” clients. Attorney Molfetta has represented numerous client’s, both individuals and corporations, who have been charged with crimes. Loan Fraud, SEC Violations, allegations involving the sale of securities without a license, Investor Fraud, to name a few areas. As a criminal defense attorney he has handled over 100 “special circumstances” homicide cases where the “death penalty” was potentially being sought by the prosecution. He has appeared as a legal expert and also as a legal correspondent on every major network and was a regular on ABC’s World News Tonight, and ABC News Magazines. He was a legal analyst during the prosecution of Kobe Bryant, Michael Jackson, and Scott Peterson. He has also appeared on Larry King Live, Nancy Grace, Dateline, 20/20, and Geraldo Rivera to name a few. He has co-written several television scripts as well and was at one time represented by William Morris Endeavor Agency. Michael Molfetta is a member of the California Bar and received his Juris Doctorate from Southwestern Law School in 1990. Mr. Molfetta received his B.A. from Occidental College in 1986. Mr. Molfetta played professional football in Europe prior to a 15 year career playing international rugby.
